camere comfortevoli

colazione con pochissima scelta. staff della reception incompetenti, chiedevano commenti sulla stanza mentre mangiavano e si pulivano la bocca . ho chiesto una macchina per l'aeroporto e non avevano questo servizio.

Good for a one night stopover

It was nice and clean. Breakfast was very simple not much choice to be honest could be better. There was no egg option which was very disappointing Hotel was clean and tidy but the food was poor. Very quiet location

They will charge you for leaving stains on bed sheets upon check-out.

I used to like this property for business stays with my colleagues and somehow my last experience was worse at the time of checkout.

I have traveled almost 20+ countries for business and never had to hear from reception that you have left a stain on a bed sheet and we are gonna charge you for it. it was surprising and embarrassing at the same time as I haven't had to listen to this from any part of the world I visited. After some arguments, I wasn't charged for it though but I am surprised that this concern even came to me while I was checking out.

Beautiful hotel with great decor

The decor is amazing and the staff are fantastic . The bed and room is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We really struggled to get hot water. We let it run for quite some time ( which is a terrible waste of water) and it was only ever warm. We were also disappointed that the breakfast menu wasn’t included in our stay like our last visit. The buffet was still good but I don’t think instant coffee is good enough for such a nice hotel. After requesting brewed coffee they obliged. We will still come here again as the positives out way any negatives.

Comfortable room, but complementary breakfast was not satisfactory.

The room was clean and comfy and well heated. They provided an air purifier on request. The bathroom, while small, had running hot water at all times.

They changed complementary breakfast to a buffet style breakfast. However, they failed to meet expectations on the following points: 1) The number of items in the buffet were limited. 2) They offered the same items every morning. 3) While tea-bag tea and open coffee beans were available to make a drink, a proper mixed tea or coffee was offered by the kitchen but charged separately. They charge on the higher side for their mixed teas, so that was a turn off. Secondly, some of their rooms are small bug with relatively bigger washrooms, while the rest are relatively bigger but with smaller washrooms. If you are travelling with a child and want a bigger washrooms, this can be a problem.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable beds. I would definitely return on my next Lahore stay and check out other Ambiance hotels.

A dissapointment.

Terrible service at the reception. Through booking.com, we made a mistake and accidentally booked for 1 person, instead of 2. When we arrived at the location, the staff simply refused to update our booking and asked us to do so through the app. The app was only offering a cancellation request option, so we confirmed with the reception staff if they could approve it, so we could make a new booking instead. They promised us that they would do so, but when we sent a cancellation request, the staff rejected it. They would not update our booking, or cancel it. They then promised us that if we chose to not stay the night, we would not be charged for our booking, and that could be considered an informal cancellation. We were foolish enough to believe them and ended up leaving, but got charged regardless. Even when we reached out to them later for help, they simply lied to us about the whole exchange and said they could not help. Untrained, unprofessional, unhelpful staff. This hotel is not in the business of customer service.

Every thing is fine except quality of sleep and very poor towels. Not compared with such nice property.

Its all about ambiance and well decorated details facility.

The hardest mattress in entirely a bad sleeping ever.

The staff is always courteous, excellent location and rooms are great too

We had to ask for clean sheets, hot water and for them to refill the body wash. Would’ve expected all of this to be looked at prior to welcoming the guests

The Ambiance was like a hidden gem.

Very artsy and niche hotel. Lovely aesthetics and a variety of food types on the menu.

I found the rooms a little on the smaller side but we did know this when we booked.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff was good.

Hotel claim it self 5 stars, they lack all the facilities which 5 stars hotels offers like swimming pool, gym etc. Also they lack buffet for breakfast as well. Considering all this, the price is higher.

Superb

The staff went out of their way for us, such as providing breakfast at inconvenient times during Ramazan. They dealt with any issues or queries I had professionally. I would especially like to thank Faryal, who managed to book our coach tickets for us.

Perhaps check the facilities beforehand, such as making sure there's enough shower gel or sweeping under the bed. We noticed because we dropped something and had to move the bed to get to it. It was really dusty. But this is a tiny quibble. I liked everything.
