A good comfy stay

The rooms were big and although they could give us a room with beds they put an extra single bed for free. The buffet breakfast was nice. It is within walking distance of MM Alam road where we did a lot of shopping. The hotel had strict security with a person on every floor.

The only problem was that our room smelt of cigarettes although it is a non smoking hotel. The other rooms I booked smelt fine. Housekeeping did try their best to get rid of the smell. The bathroom door could do with a handle as it is tricky to close the door and lock it.

a surprisingly modern and well managed hotel that can hold its own with any of the top hotels in Pakistan

very modern in a good location. well kept and excellent food and service.

a bit small entry but given its a boutique hotel, that was OK. staff were excellent except for one front desk member who seemed clueless. she could not answer basic questions and had to defer to the bellman! airport shuttle not as regular as claimed.

Awesome hotel

First time visit to Lahore and I have to say the hotel was amazing. Never thought that there could be an amazing hotel in Pakistan. I enjoyed everything about the hotel including the lovely breakfast which had lots of different varieties. The staff were very helpful and professional especially Owais and Neeraj. Honestly all staff were lovely and helpful including the door man on the main hotel door. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. It is surely a 5 star hotel. The attractions were very close too .

The interior of hotel is breathtaking (awsome). I stayed there for one night and the ambience was wonderfull. I must start by syaing that the check-in & check-out staff was very professional and it was such a refreshing drink which was served in hoty day. The breakfast has a variety, really like it. The stay was comfortable i must say it was exceptional stay. The reception team was friendly and professional regarding the SOPS of covid untill now which was a plus point in this era. Highly recommend this hotel. Nishat is the best in town. I must say the staff from door man to reception, was highly motivated and professional.

The Nishat Gulberg felt like a home away from home.

The Nishat Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was exceptional, a special thank you to Ahsan Ali Sheikh at Nishat who helped us arrange transport for 27 family members over the course of 5 days of exploring Lahore and attending a family wedding, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms in every category were very comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. The team in all departments were responsive to all of our requests. We look forward to staying at the Nishat Gulberg very soon!

I would definitely come back again.

It was modern, clean and very attentive staff. No request was to small and breakfast was very tasty. All staff deserve the highest praise.

One very small thing is the shower water does go through the shower door. However, this is a very small thing.

amazing service at all times, especially room service worker Mr. Mohammad Abbas, simply the best attention to detail, great attitude and courtesy. Ahsan, Sabir at the front desk were great with my checkin and checkout. Will definitely stay here every trip to Lahore. treated me and my wife with courtesy and respect. food was great too.

The hotel was clean, safe and at the perfect location. The room was really clean and spacious. The service was amazing and the breakfast had everything you could want to eat!
