Stay at Western premier

Clean. Nicely furnished. Lighting and paintings on walls added to beauty .

my stay at best western is aunforgetable and memorable

the food and beverages served by staff was quite sharp and decent in well mannered

DO NOT COME HERE

As a guest, you are not respected here and have no privacy. I was in Lahore for an important court hearing. The opposing side filed a false complaint against me, when I arrived at the hotel I was taken away by the police. The hotel did not tell me anything and lured me to the reception. At the end of the day I had to pay almost 1000 euro bribe. Please think it over in which hotel you stay and how much the hotel pays attention to the safety of its guests. Hotel room: no hot water, toilet dirty, bed linen had unknown stains

Annual family trip to Lahore

Facilities, location, friendly and well mannered staff in the dinning area with excellent breakfast, very good make room staff. Rooms were very good and comfortable.

Reception area was not airconditioned and it was extremely hot, Check-in was not on time as promised on the website and we had to wait over one hour after one hour of check in time. Executive king room for 3 adults was the same as for 2 adults i.e Deluxe Twin Room but changes were high. Instead of an extra bed for third adult in Executive King room, metres was provided after so many phone calls, Executive King room toilet seat was faulty and informed but nothing happened. Fruit was only provided first day but not for second and third days.

Loved the ambiance and how clean it was. Loved the 4th floor veranda area. The colors and decor were stunning. Room service was good (when they answered).

Customer service was the worst that I've had in my history of hotels in Pakistan. We recently visited Ramada in Multan - service was amazing. Defence Raya as well. These hotels are smaller than Best Western - yet their Customer Service and attentiveness were amaaazing! 1- When you dial 0 for the front desk - you're lucky if someone answers by the 10th ring. Several times I would hang-up and call back. 2- Towels! I have stayed in many different accommodations and never have I had this experience with towels! There weren't any towels stocked in the bathroom. Had to call and ask for them. The next day, housekeeping cleaned the room and again, no towels. Had to call for towels and it literally took them 45 minutes. 3- Swimming Pool - loved it. But! The staff and whole experience were awful. Family timing was given and we came at that time. Then were asked to get out since a party was booked. This should have been communicated before. Then, I (being a woman) had on modest swimming attire and I was harassed for not having on swimming clothes. Thankfully my husband wasn't around, otherwise things would've gotten ugly. Like they wanted me in a bikini. I had on a bathing suit underneath my swimming leggins and swimming shirt. This summer we stayed in several hotels with pools and we have never had this issue. I am looking for a hotel in September. Initially I thought Best Western, but now. I'll be trying out Park Lane.

Highly recommended and good location

The design was modern and luxurious. Really comfortable and pleasurable to look at. Reception staff were friendly (Susan Ansar & Tania Moosa) and room maintenance staff (Naseem) went above and beyond.

Nothing not to like as we had a brilliant experience.

Standards severely dropping

Unfortunately nothing this is my second stay.

- cold showers - hair and dust all over floors - slow room service - no working Internet - random blue lights can't switch off in room disrupting sleep - staff not being helpful - incorrectly billing then walking me up in early hours of morning to resolve
