The service here was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. A special mention to Abdullah on reception and Ghulam the housekeeper. Lovely breakfast with food cooked according to order. Complimentary chai, snacks and water offered throughout our stay. Restaurant on site for dinner if needed. Located in a safe but busy area with easy access to shops, banks, pharmacies etc. Very easy to communicate with prior to our stay. Beautifully decorated.
No safe provided in the room. Bathroom could do with some hooks for towels and somewhere to place toilet paper. Slightly further out from touristic attractions but this is balanced by it being in a safer area and taxis are easy to order. We initially had a problem with our room regarding a hygiene issue, the staff were very helpful and responsive in changing rooms straight away and after that we had no problems. We are not sure how clearly understood the feedback was about the problem however.

The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond and the level of care and service was excellent (especially Gulam). Everything was in order and very clean, and the decor was very nice. I will definitely be returning! 😊

The staff are top level in lahore they should be working at a better hotel Shahzabi Waseem and Haider are amazing people hospitality was unmatched they are the only reason I give this hotel any credit
