נהנינו מהחדר ומהיופי של המלון אך ישנם מספר דברים שלא עמדו בציפיותינו.

המיקום נהדר, קרוב לכל מקום. החדרים מאובזרים מעולה והעיצוב של המלון מהמם. הצוות חייכני ונדיב. ניקיון של החדרים ברמה גבוהה מאוד.

אין צוות קבלה שעובד 24/7 מה שמקשה בטיפול של בעיות במידת הצורך. לדוגמא קרתה הפסקת חשמל בערב ולא היה כל כך ממי לבקש עזרה. במהלך הלילה הראשון התקיימו עבודות בנייה מחוץ למלון מה שגרם לרעש לא נורמלי שהרעיד את הבניין. הבית קפה של המלון היה סגור ובגג עשו שיפוצים - צוות המלון יצר קשר בלילה שלפני ההגעה והודיע שהבית קפה סגור עקב מצב הבטחוני והגג נפגע מהצפות של הגשם. זהו מידע שהיינו שמחים לגלות מראש ולא לילה לפני ההגעה.

Perfect stay

The staff is super friendly and making sure you're having the best experience. They not only make sure you have a great time at the hotel but also give you tips for Tel Aviv. Nice cocktails & great rooftop bar. Location amazing too, although it depends what area you want to be in or nearby depending on whether you're planning to walk around.

Alenbi is currently under constructions so try to book only for the weekend until the constructions will be finished

reasonable stay

central and good location, big room

no lift, had to carry suitcases. drainage of toilet not working and overflowing water. staff did not clean up room daily and no clean room to come back to. price of hotel but feels like a more upgraded guesthouse.

it’s super clean room, the beddings are super nice, the whole hotel is like an art library.

it might be better if there can be an elevator, but it doesn’t hurt at all. I’d love to come back whether they have an elevator or not

Nice comfortable room, good decor. Located above a cool cafe. Friendly staff. Looks better than the photos!

Some construction outside, but that's temporary so not a real issue.

Great hotel

We loved the location, the room was new & beautifuly decorated, the bed very comfortable. All the necessary amenities were there. There was a bar/cafe connected to the hotel, just downstairs, which was really great. We only stayed one night unfortunately.

The only thing we didnt like was the online check in, as we had only limited internet during our travels

Excellent stay, breakfast and Suite.. We loved the roof terrace. Nice little touch Very friendly staff, Spacious Room and great location.

Everything was wonderful. The one thing was the strong air freshner/diffuser in the room and bathroom. We had to open windows and balcony door But it only helped a little bit.

GREAT hotel that just needs to be a bit more on point to be worth 4 stars

Nice rooms with a bit of luck you get a wonderful spaceous balcony with a view to the downstairs cafe (which had great coffee). Also it was the sunny side! Personal could almost always be contacted via whatsapp for info etc., they were really nice as well and they were big help in many ways. They also gave us great infos for our car trip to the Dead Sea. The roof terrace was really great, one time there was even free wine stocked up in the fridge from an event that took place and we were allowed to drink from that. The view is great, you have a 360 degree view of the city and sea. The Hotel was nearby beach, which we absolutely loved! When the bikes were available it was a dream to drive with them there or through the city. Would stay again 100% and also would take the same room because of the nice balcony and view. Thank you for having us!

room was relatively small (business room) but enough for our needs. The padded nightstands next to the bed had several burn holes and need and update - nightstands with storage room would've been much better, because there was only a hanging rag for clothes. I also understood that there was a kitchenette to cook, because booking said so - there was none. We had a nice machine for coffee and tea though, also a freezer. The shared rooftop kitchen had no stove for cooking, only a freezer. We would have appreciated to know that before but I think this is a problem with the booking.com app, not the hotels fault. On yom kippur we had electricity failure in the whole hotel for over 1 or 2 hours. Also there was 2 days no roomservice because of the holidays, but you could request it if you needed it the hotel informed us. Café in the yard had super loud airconditioning and bright lights - everything was running 24 hours, very loud and bright at night. A few days after I asked for the reason they put them out though, which was a great relief! Bikes werent always available or ready to drive, but when we had them we had great fun and they were wonderful. Our balcony door wouldnt close for the whole stay - staff told us not to worry because no one would break in (it wasnt bad for us but for people more afraid than us it would have been a no go). overall great hotel but needs to be a bit improved or updated to be worth 4 stars and the price!

Beautifully renovated property with quirky touches!

This is a beautifully renovated property with terrific aesthetics, and a quirky touch! The cafe (where breakfast is served) is very trendy, and the staff can't do enough to help in a genuine and unassuming way. I'll be coming back to stay, next time with my wife!

great place to stay in the heart of TLV

very kind and supportive staff. very comfy bed and the room itself. great location. nice caffe on the first floor.

user journey for online check in was not very simple but manageable. don't forget to upload photo of tourist visa to avoid payment of VAT for living

stylish hotel and very nice stuff

breakfast was so so. they cooked me scramble the first day I stayed. and the second day they couldn’t do it. and I could make late check out. spa isn’t really a spa. balcony and terrace was closed and not organized
