Nice restful stay on our Road Trip across the USA.

The breakfast was adequate and clean and tidy. The pool was very good and enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet location and close to restaurants.

Nice. I would stay there again.

Offered free breakfast. Refrigerator in room. Coffee maker in room.

Guide on tv is lacking. Not enough coffee packets in room.

Nice clean accommodations

Very clean room & the only issue was the pillows Very very lumpy & hard to sleep with Nice very helpful staff members Breakfast was good but not very plentiful as construction workers staying there got up early & ate everything by 6:30 to 7 am

The room was nice and the staff was very nice.

The spa had so much chlorine that it burned our eyes and the pool and spa were dirty. It was a bummer because we chose that hotel for the pool and spa. The breakfast didn't taste very good and they ran out of food. The TV was set to 55 and we could t hear our shows and the air conditioner didn't work well.

Nice Jacuzzi Tub.

The breakfast was really good and a lot to choose from.

The towels were terrible! Wore out , thin and very rough.

Good location in Payson, but somewhat overpriced

Spacious room, hand-held shower head, fridge, comfortable chair & ottoman

The shower in our room needed a thorough cleaning…the corners of the shower floor were dirty. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, even though we requested it. There was some sort of miscommunication between the overnight staff & the day staff. The nighttime person on Saturday graciously got us clean towels when we requested them, after we returned to our still uncleaned room. The manager apologized the next morning & sent us an email extending us a 20% discount on our next stay booked through Best Western.

Stay here when visiting Payson.

Second time we stayed here. Super clean. Was asked at check in if we wanted daily room service. Thought that was a nice touch since we prefer not to get daily service, especially when only staying 2 nights. Had the same man check us in both times. Super helpful and friendly. Had the same person both mornings fixing the warm breakfast. Nice selections of other items also. This is the only place to stay when going to Payson.

Staying here at the Best Western of Payson, Arizona was wonderful!

Breakfast, awesome, whole place exceptionally clean. Every person who works there are so wonderfully nice. The only place I will stay in Payson! Stephanie is the absolute best!!!!!!!!

Way too expensive, but it's the same everywhere...just hate that hotels cost so much now..that's the only dislike.

Nice Hotel- would stay again!

The rooms were updated with nice floors in the entrance and bathrooms. The front door staff was very friendly and happy to assist. Great breakfast!

The carpets need cleaning- we had a few spots that either need treatment or completely redone. The building itself was old and the elevator situation was strange- dark and hard to access with luggage.

Exceptional

The breakfast had a wonderful selection to choose from there was everything for everybody. It was very very good in a knockout selection and the guy did wonderful at keeping it stocked.

The guy upstairs had a lead foot going up and down walking through his room and that that kind of woke me up a few times.

Nice, easy stay with a friendly staff

Breakfast was excellent. Food was hot and fresh. Staff kept it refilled.

Only 1 regular coffee packet in the room. I suggest having at least 2 regular and 2 decaf

Breakfast was cold, not very good. carpet in room was damp. shower pressure weak.

It was a great last minute choice.

The location was good and the breakfast was exceptional. The room was cleaned and the hotel didn’t have that musty smell. Having an Elevator was great, when your 60 plus helps .
