For Payson it’s the best place to stay. You can walk to restaurants (our favorite is always Fargos)

Very good location. Quiet in spite of a full parking lot each night. Clean room.
There was a chair and an ashtray for guests right outside my door. The older wooden door was not airtight and I could smell smoke in the evenings and during the night.
It would be nice if there was a designated outdoor space away from our entry doors.

Used to be a really nice property.
The breakfast is still good, and breakfast lady is probably the biggest redeeming quality.
Ants in the bathroom and vanity area. They tried spraying but it didn’t do a lot.
Maintenance is lacking and all of the fireplaces and ac units are in very rough condition.
