Really nice motel, good sized room with microwave and refrigerator. Clean, quiet and dog-friendly. Didn't try breakfast but heard good things about it.

Room we were put in had no WiFi, hot tub and pool were not in use and wasn't told till after check in "O its out of season those are not usable till end of May" none of the ice machines worked on the whole property. And had no hot water for the last night we were there. Our friends room had blood on the wall.

The room was satisfactory. The food at breakfast was served cold. Not warm but cold. That’s the only negative regarding our stay. PS. Michelle was a total hoot. Very accommodating and really friendly. You better hang on to her.

Its possible our room hadn't been used in a while? Coffee maker was super dirty. The slider is hard to move so maybe that's why the handle is so broken i was grateful it did lock and bar lock worked. The front door flip lock broken. It's not a secure room.Pool/hot tub closed permanently and NO ICE. Breakfast was good. Fridge leaks but worked grea

The room was nice and breakfast was tasty. The only issue was slick floors in the bathtub and the handle in the tub is only attached to tub insert and not the wall. Its VERY unsafe.

This is the second time we've stayed here. We like it because we get window views. Both times there was no internet. The second time there was also no hot water. We have found a different place to stay. It's too bad because we love the staff and the courtyard is very nice.

Everything in this hotel was good only problem was the front desk lady. Older lady with glasses was so rude not just to me but to other customer as well. I went with a friend got rooms so far from each other and we wanted to change rooms closer and we knew there would be a fee of any kind but she was so rude and basically told us to shut up.

Rooms were great only problem was we were traveling with a baby and family and our rooms were so far apart. Each rooms were on opposite side of the property. Front desk lady on the older side with glasses was so rude not just to me and my family but to other families as well. We wanted to change room and we knew there will be a fee of any kind willing to pay that fee but she said it’s not possible and no no no was always her answer basically telling us to shut up. That lady should not be in front desk from how her attitude was but her service was HORRIBLE!

We travel with our dogs and really appreciate a pet friendly hotel. The staff is wonderful as well and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. We will continue to stay here when we come through Payson. Definitely recommend

Was delayed in checking in at the designated 4 pm time because some of the rooms hadn’t been checked off yet. Was told to wait about 15-30 minutes so we left and came back. Maybe a discount or other perk would have been nice for our inconvenience. Otherwise no other complaints. Clean and quiet.

Seems this hotel is falling apart. Been staying there for 5+years but this may be our last. Wood on balconies is falling off. Poop all over yard. Carpet dirty. Michelle at front desk was absolutely awesome. Breakfast room was freezing.

After a full days driving, the one night stay was great. The check in clerk was super friendly and was the start of a great stay. We were able to park right next to the room which made it easy to unload and reorganize the car for the next days drive. The room was exceptional in size with plenty of room to move around in. The following morning we were surprised to be treated to a free breakfast that was served in what at one time must have been a restaurant. Scrambled eggs, cheese pancakes, sausage along with the usual cereal, danish, bagels. We were able to enjoy our breakfast and then hit the road for another day's drive.

It was cozy and warm the staff was really nice and the breakfast was delicious. I like that the room had a balcony and the heater was super working cause it was cold . In all had a great experience. No down side for me

Despite the buildings being quite old, the accommodations were just fine. The woman at the front desk for check was very nice and moved efficiently. The room was fine. Nothing spectacular. My only two complaints are the carpet was clearly old. It was dirty and sticky. As well, the tv was not plugged in. Annoying, but easily fixed. The room was comfortable, well lit, and the patio that opened to a nice view was nice. The shower had great water pressure and a nice shower head. All in all, pretty comfy. We'd stay again.

Staff was great, WiFi was awful doesn't cover entire property and rooms were clearly used for a long time worn out items, breaking chair legs! Breakfast was basic nice accomodations! Would stay again but closer to the office to get better WiFi!!

There was a lady named Michelle at the reception who was extremely rude to me at first. I thought at one point that she was going to hit me and I had never seen this person, the truth is that it is the first time in my life that something like this has happened to me, that unpleasant experience with her.

Michelle greeted us when we arrived. She was great. Very friendly. The room was very spacious. More than enough room for a family of 4. Breakfast offered a large variety. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Internet was not working. Front desk said that it is not working in a few rooms as the boosters had some parts missing!! Had to call into meetings from else where - not a very good experience

You could see daylight around the door. The room door was drafty. There was water damage on the bathroom door from the shower, and a towel rack was barely hanging on to the wall.

This is an older motel. Our room was spacious and clean. The outside walkways were unkept and needed cleaning and repairs, such as the handrail at the bottom of the stairs was broken free. The breakfast was decent with limited choices. Not a bad place at all, just needs more attention to the details.
