Our stay in Bestwestern in Burnaby was excellent.

The reception and staff were excellent. Very clean facility very convenient place, accessible to all. The breakfast was so excellent. The staff in the kitchen were friendly. When I go to BC I will choose Bestwestern especially their location in Burnaby BC.

Nothing

I stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned our room once after my request personally at the front desk. I had to request toilet paper and clean towels when we got back on the 4th night.

Brerakfast was decent, the restaurant appears to be a chinese restaurant outside breakfast times. Lots of parking, friendly staff. On a major road

No lift if you have heavy bags. Air conditioner in room is very loud. On a major road

Clean room comfortable bed friendly staff and good breakfast.

Breakfast was very good and varied. We took the sky train to gas town and it was an easy 10 minute walk and easy to buy tickets and board the train. The bed was comfortable and room clean.

Lighting in the room a bit brighter. Location was a bit difficult for what we wanted but the sky train was accessible which was good.

We ffel it was over priced for what it was.

Breakfast was good, average selection. Room was ok, cramped with two suitcases. Having a separate table with 2 chairs was a good touch. Room was clean.

Noise outside the room, high pressure water blaster on the weekend. Not good. We brought this to the attention of reception.

Nice but unexceptional except for the bear-disaster of skipping my scheduled wake-up call.

Friendly helpful staff

I had a wake-up call I scheduled personally with the front desk for 3:40 AM Thursday, May 11th, 2023, and it was never made, putting me at great risk for missing my early-morning flight that morning.

Pleasant. Great location.

Bathrooms are a bit outdated. Hot water runs out quickly in the evenings. Cleaning staff could pay more attention.

Good for short stay. A lot of restaurants near the hotel.

The location and the staff. The staff were so friendly and accomodating.

There was a weird smell in our bedroom. They cleaned it again and even tried to deodorize it but it was still there. The kitchen is so small and there weren't drinking glasses provided.

it was amazing experienced and will be back soon as we ski every winter and hike during the summer.

First the staff are very accomodating,friendly , respectful and not rude. Clean and always changing the towels and other stuff everyday. Foods are great!

The breakfast served at 6:30 am and if your flight is 5:30 or 6 am you wont be able to have one.

Quiet environment.

We ate breakfast at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. There was bread, muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee and juice. They were delicious.

The air conditioner was a little complicated to operate.
