Staff kind and helpful. Cozy bed and bed sheets. I appreciate you make non scented laundry as lots of clients have sensitive skin. Please continue gentle washing formula . Spacious apartment. Felt safe, and quiet. I like you have extra sheets to use and pillows.

Wifi was weak, could be better . Hard to do work on its Sink area can be better if you remove the table above sink to let easier washing in the bathroom sink, put side shelves instead so not in the way. Biggest frustration and small improvement to units that can change experience a lot. Wish the vhs worked to use all the movies.🍿

The rooms are far bigger than anything provided at the usual hotel. They have multiple rooms and are equipped with appliances, far more of an apartment style. The rooms are really cozy and dive into the vintage theme. We loved every aspect and the staff was more than accommodating. The area around the hotel was not nearly as sketchy as some of the other reviews make it seem. At no point did we feel unsafe or worry about our car, in which we left some valuables in and nothing was ever taken. The location was unbeatable as we were able to walk to the water for food, the grocery store, and the subway to take us downtown.

Nothing that can be controlled by the hotel but the subway is loud as others have noted. Luckily, we used the headphones our second and third night and obtained much better sleep. The skytrain stops around midnight most nights so it wasn't hard to get sleep after that.

The staff is always so nice and the rooms are just amazing!

The best thing is a good location.

Although it was a cute place, it was not clean and the mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable. I had back pain for a few days after my stay.
