房间很有特色，老板娘小美人也非常好，因为我们是分别坐火车和飞机到的，都帮忙接到民宿了。刚好有空房，还让我选了自己喜欢的房间。到达的当天还请我跟他们一起吃了晚餐。早餐也很好吃很丰盛，民宿有自己的菜园，当季蔬菜很新鲜。临走时还挖了很多春笋给我们带上，非常鲜美。总之非常推荐！
唯一的一个问题是到达民宿需要爬400多级台阶，一般人都没问题，如果有腿脚不方便的老人可能就要考虑一下，但是我爸爸60岁每天上下完全没问题。听说有条路快修好了，以后应该会方便很多.

Очень колоритный, атмосферный и необычный объект размещения. Если вы устали от городской суеты и стандартных номеров, вам обязательно сюда. При этом в номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, даже подогрев кровати. А сантехника так вообще супер инновационная, такого унитаза у нас не было ни в одном отеле в поездке, даже в Сингапуре.
Выбирая это место, вы приезжаете не просто в отель, а в гости в семью, где о вас заботятся 24/7: встретить, отвезти, привезти, заказать такси, посоветовать маршрут, что посмотреть, где поесть, вы можете не переживать ни о чем останавливаясь здесь.
Прекрасные виды на горы Аватар, есть даже место где словить "дзен") А ещё нам всем здесь снились потрясающие сны. Такие яркие и волнительные, вытаскивающие наружу глубоко спрятанные в подсознании "скелеты в шкафу" и показывающие их совсем с другой стороны.
Огромное спасибо хозяйке Сяо Мэй, именно она всегда была на связи и все нам организовывала, а также готовила вкусные завтраки. И кстати она не плохо говорит по-английски.
Немного о самом парке. Безусловно он заслуживает посещения, виды потрясающие, но надо быть готовыми к ряду нюансов. Не смотря, что в большинстве своем указатели и карты дублируются на английском языке, самостоятельно разобраться куда двигаться, где и на какой автобус сесть, куда приведет канатка, весьма сложно. При этом служители парка по-английски не говорят и часто даже пугаются вопросов, даже если вы им показываете переведенный на китайский текст в смартфоне. Нам удавалось объясняться только с теми, кто отправляет автобусы и у них есть специальные будочки. Они и на карту посмотрят и путь укажут. Из еды, которая там предлагается, для нас оказались съедобными только пельмешки с креветками, и в одном месте еще вафли женщина пекла. Еще помимо входных билетов внутри очень много дополнительных расходов: лифт, канатка, поезд, все за дополнительную плату.
По отношению к отелю такого нет. Но во время нашего пребывания велись работы по модернизации дороги к отелю. Это немного затрудняло подъезд.

L’hotel è molto tranquillo, accogliente ed immerso nella natura, vicinissimo all’entrata parco. Tutto è gestito da una famiglia gentilissima e disponibile, ci hanno sempre consigliato tutte le attività da poter fare e ci hanno accompagnato e ripreso sempre dal parco e dall’aeroporto. Il ristorante eccellente e con prezzi giusti. La camera (star view) molto pulita e con tutte le comodità.

From the welcome to departure we just loved the location and the family run business. They were so helpful and kind.
Couldn’t drive to it - but no worries as we were picked up and driven up the hill and given help with our baggage.

The staff and service was incredible. They helped us to get everywhere we wanted to go and even gave us suggestions on routes around the mountains and helped book the entrance tickets and activities. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We loved this property! It was our favorite place during our 3 week travels in China. The family who runs the property is lovely- they are kind, trustworthy and have great recommendations. Every meal we ate there was fresh and delicious. We stayed in the 2 room family cabin- it was unique, comfortable, beautifully crafted and clean. The property has a pool, places to sit outside, a garden, playground, ping pong table and many types rooms to accommodate guests. It’s important to know they offer free pick up from airport/train station. Once the car brings you to the bottom of the hill where the resort is located, you switch to a 4x4 truck to go up the mountain. They said they have to wait for government approval to build a road. I think I t added to the feel of being in the mountains. Once you get to the resort it’s so nice! Many people were working to make it beautiful. They offer complimentary rides down to the closer parts of the National Park. Rides to farther locations are also available for a fair price. We can’t recommend this place enough and truly hope they are successful with their future plans.
Our family agreed we liked everything about the resort- wished we could have stayed longer.

The location was fantastic, with beautiful views in all directions. You need a short 4x4 ride (provided by the staff) to get up to the hotel and once you're up there it is wonderful.

A really lovely place with many different room types. We stayed in the bubble house, and really enjoyed the experience. The bubble itself is small and cosy, but there was space for luggage etc. As there is a large private terrace we had plenty of room. We had breakfast and dinner on site, and the home cooking was delicious. The owners were very friendly and helped arrange / plan trips etc. As our Chinese is quite poor, we did have to mainly communicate through translation apps, but everything went well despite this.

Very special facility half in the mountain, the room was big and nice, the children liked it as well. Sure, it is not a 5-star hotel, but who like to be in the nature, having a bit comfort, then you have the right choice. I don't recommend the facility for winter, since the rooms are not very well sealed, and the heater is too small for the big apartment. So, most of the guest are going to the dining room.
The hotel brought us down to the control point, very friendly.

Xiaomi was so helpful with everything and really helped us to have such a pleasant stay. The property itself is stunning in such a beautiful location in the mountains. It really was a little mountain retreat. We stayed in the chalet and it was so comfortable and also very rustic and beautiful. Whilst the chalet is traditional, it has modern features inside such as the wonderful spa bath! The food was delicious and very fresh. They grow lots on the property and so it was great to eat such fresh, organic food. Everywhere was really clean and comfortable. The location is great and is only about 10 minutes from one of the entrances to the national part. It had a lovely family feel about it and I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to my friends. A lovely piece of nature in the mountains. Thank you!

It was so unique and peaceful. Our room itself was a rainbow bubble on a platform in the Forrest. There was also an outdoor tub and slide built into the bed. One of the coolest places we’ve stayed in for sure. The proprietress was really lovely. She took such good care of us and even brought my girls to her garden to pick cucumbers and delicious peaches. Lots of tasty local food for breakfast, my favorite were the green beans picked right from her garden. Even a little pool to cool off after a long day of hiking. I definitely recommend this place if you want a unique and lovely experience.
500 steps to reach the property were very tiring, especially wit 2 small kids. But there was a porter that helps with the luggage and you are met with cold drinks and a great view. So rewarding

Forest Glass Inn has everything you want for a forest escape and beautiful surroundings! The owners picked us up at the station and carried our bags up and we were welcomed with cold drinks and snacks. It's quite a climb but it adds to the forest escape feeling! The owner uses her best English and translation and throughout our stay; was very helpful and knowledgeable about the placea to visit and how to get there. The breakfast and dinner is also amazing and very cheap for dinner. Breakfay was included! During the stay, we stayed in the rainbow room in the woods and surrounded by beauty! We can't wait to come back and if we explore the National park again.. We would only stay here!! 100% amazing place!

The location is amazing, away from the main touristic attraction but still close enough. Breakfast was beyond expectations and other meals excellent as well. The owner is also extremely kind and made sure everything went well. We highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at the forest glass inn and it was really amazing. The concept is incredible. The hotel is located in the mountains and so also very close to the national park entrance. All the rooms are very creative and lovely created by the host. We stayed two nights at the bubble room and one at the rainbow room and both was amazing.
But not only the room and the location is excellent, also the hosts are incredible. Since the beginning we enjoyed a warm hearted atmosphere. The whole family treated us very well. The host and his wife helped us by planning trips, cooked for us… The kids prepared bbq for us and the hosts brother drove us to the Tiamen mountain as well as to the airport. It was simply amazing.
A big thanks to the host family and also to the family of the hosts brother. We will definitely come back.

We stayed 4 nights (3 in the rainbow house and one in the bubble house).
Both add amazing view and very comfortable. 2 very creative spaces we will never forget.
Xiaomei and her husband were absolutely fantastic. They made us feel 100% at home.
Breakfast was great, the view and environment were amazing, the fire place was absolutely cozy and the old house is fascinating. I don’t have enough words to explain how EVERYTHING was amazing with this unforgettable experience at Forest Glass Inn! Loved it!

I would highly recommend this place to people who ever travels to Zhangjiajie.
Unique rooms of traditional Chinese styles and of modern style with really wide forest view. Not too far away from city but really peaceful and quiet! I feel welcomed here provided with sincere and warm reception of the couple who run this great place.

Location is very close to the Park. Stuff speaks English and keeps in touch all the time. Rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable and calm place. Perfect for a good rest and active tourism both.

We had a amazing stay at this hotel. Initially stayed in the bubble room then we were generously offered an upgrade. It was my birthday the day we arrived and I was surprised with a birthday cake and beer. We also received a bottle of wine for dinner free of charge. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay special. Available on wechat if we needed help or had any requests. The food in the restaurant was also delicious.

The first thing we noticed about our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Mei, the owner, was very hospitable and suggested where we should visit in Zhangjiajie Park. The accommodation was great. Very thoughtfully done. We stayed in a family room, in the wooden house, which had an amazing view. The food was lovely, cooked fresh with products from the garden, as were the watermelon and beer we were given upon arrival! When our flight home was cancelled due to typhoon, Mei soon found us another room to stay an extra night. The swimming pool was great to dip
Into after a day exploring and hiking in the park. Mei even organised a birthday cake for my son whilst we were there. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back.
There was nothing we didn’t like but maybe to improve it would be good to have somewhere to hang our clothes in the room.

I would definitely recommend this place for travelers who wish to unify with the nature and be far from city noises. Great location, super friendly staff, delicious food with homegrown vegetables. Hostess gave free bottle of good wine as a complementary, and gave free treats everyday, such as cold beer, water, apples, unlimited watermelon, and cucumber from her own garden. Drive me from and to airport for free, such an amazing place with more amazing people

Play areas for children and great little swimming pool for cooling off after a day’s hiking. Close to entrance to National Park (20 minute walk or 20rmb in taxi.)
Xiaomei, the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Arranged all our transport for us.
Food was lovely, breakfast was fresh. We were often given fresh watermelon when we returned after a day out.
Beds were comfortable with good air conditioning and powerful shower.
Also facilities for laundry.
The whole place has a lovely vibe. We met lots of new friends. Will definitely come back.

The Forest Glass Inn was beautiful and a great location. There are around 500 stairs to take to get to the location, but it makes the view so much better. You can see the beautiful mountains for the resort. The staff members were all very helpful and kind. The food was great! We couldn't have asked for a better time.
