It was perfect for my one night stay.

Secure parking, area was fine, close to where I needed to be!

I wish they didn't have the communal shampoo and conditioner but that's ok.

Best hotel sleep in 44 years.

I had the best two nights' sleep that I've ever had in a hotel. I'm sensitive to noise yet for some reason I always expect to sleep well in a hotel, then I remember when I get there that it's never possible because of other guests always making noise in their rooms, creaky floors, doors slamming or noisy conversations in the hallways. I chose this hotel as it's near the airport ($15 Lyft ride away) and although you'd expect noise from planes, I didn't (not that I'd mind that). The staff were pleasant and the place was clean. My room was apparently surrounded by pilots who "go out like a light". If you stay there, be mindful that if you keep your neighbours awake, they may be flying the plane you're on the next day.

Would never stay at Holiday Inn again……

It was convenient, close to the airport.

There was a Carbon Monoxide leak, and one was told about it, not even when the fire Dept. Came the only reason I know is because I over heard the fire man tell the other fire man about the leak, and this also happened the day before I came……… Then charged me twice for my room .

The stay was not pleasant because the rooms were not to par with the price we paid to stay there.

The first room we got, the TV was not working, so we switched rooms. In the second room, the shower was not working, it did get fixed but it was still an inconvenience.

Great overall.

Staff at the Front Desk was very friendly. We were upgraded to a King Suite for free, which was really nice (and clean). Closest hotel to Oakland Int'l Airport!

No onsite restaurant, but I think that is pretty standard for Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

Everything was absolutely wonderful.

The hotel was great. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The choices were excellent. The staff was very kind and hospitality was great. I would return again if I need to in the future.

Very convenient to the airport with a free shuttle. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable.

Not in a very pleasant area and not much around if you did want to leave the hotel.

Very good

The location was very close to the airport with free shuttle. Good breakfast with variety of hot/cold food/beverage choices. Room was decent size for one adult and 3 teen/young adults with all our luggage. Bathroom was very clean, beds comfortable. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast.

I have no complaints. The hotel was good for our needs.
