Staff was great, and the room was neat and clean.
Wish they had a larger tv, flatter pillows available, and lamps for the bedside tables.

The room was absolutely wonderful big beautiful hot tub nice comfortable beds and very very clean need a few more towels because the floor gets wet when you get out of the hot tub and is very slippery
I didn't like the fact of them remodeling the room next door at 7:50 in the morning. They were hammering, sawing cutting and making a bunch of noise, when I tried calling the office nobody would answer the phone. I was very upset about this

It was a safe, clean, good location, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. We vacation in Monterey 2-3 times a year, and if Lone Star is available, we will stay there.

Centrally located for easy access to Carmel by the Sea, Point Lobos State Park, Monterey Aquarium and Cannery Row and Pacific Grove. Very clean & quiet room, comfortable bed and accommodation for our dog. Very good value!

We had a power outage and wanted to stay close to home and the male staff chastised me from the beginning telling me “did you just book your stay out in the parking lot”? Next time come in to book instead of online.
I acknowledged and brought his negative attitude to his attention and he calmed down. I got the key to the room and immediately found a bug on one of the beds and my 6 yo daughter found “bugs” in the bathroom. I saw the bugs and they were 3 roaches in the bathroom. We immediately left told the male staff about all the bugs and he threatened not to refund our money.
I like to support local businesses but this is one that I can not.

I liked being able to park in front of our room and that there is a charging station on the premises for EV’S. We were an adult group of 4 and we stayed in a newly renovated 2 room/2 queen bed. The only door in the room was on the bathroom. The rooms were very clean and the restroom was very spacious with an aprx 60x32 shower pan and sliding glass door. Staff was pleasant and check in and out was quick!
There is no place to sit but on the beds.
There was a small odd shaped table in front of window but only 1 office style chair, so for a group of 4 adults there was really no place to sit and eat. The TV is maybe 32” in the main room only. There is a decent size mini fridge but in runs loudly and at night it is disturbing. There is no place to put your phone or beverage in the 2nd room( this room was just a queen bed and that’s it) This room was also not dark at night because the window faced another building with a flood light that stayed on all night.
There was a lot of noise from outside and from connecting rooms and the beds are VERY VERY firm. The ice machine was not working and they do not give water bottles so to use their one cup coffee maker you have to bring your own water unless you want to use the sink water in restroom. Good thing there is a liquor store and Dollar tree across the street.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was a great deal for what we needed. We were just there to sleep, but it was clean and comfortable.
The listing for the property says there was a spa and sauna. When we had different the day walking for 8 hours we were ready to ease our tired muscles. It has a note on the door stating it is permanently closed. There is no tub in the room, just a stand up shower. We were disappointed in only the spa being closed. We needed the walk in shower.

adorable clean comfy and affordable. you get a bit of a more personalized home- like experience here than the rest of the hotel/motels on Fremont. Being a single female traveling for work , I felt safe and secure in my room and with leaving (some)of my personal belongs in my room while out for the day.

The room was nice. The bed and the fire place. Only thing that went wrong was the shower. The water never was hot at all. It was lukewarm.
The shower wasn't hot at all. The kitchen table had a stain on it. And the last night, the cabel wasn't working.

The room itself was tiny and cramped, the little round-table was awkwardly situated right next to the bed, the bed itself was super stiff, the TV didn't work, the shower was sporadic where water pressure and temperature fluctuate, the shower floor was uneven and creaked, some of the outlets didn't work, the fridge wasn't cold, overall was not comfortable at all
