Set up in room was nice. New comforters. Beds weren’t totally uncomfortable. I just would have liked them a little softer. Love that Starbucks was walking distance from our room literally right next-door.
A little further from the beach than what I read that it was. It was a good 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach.. review said it was only 5 to 10 minutes. And you have to cross a major road to get to the side for the beaches on.

The location of it
The ceiling had stains the shower was not finished or redone right had the pipe exposed. Parts of the flooring was broken. And was missing the top chain lock for the door.
