In short, totally worth it. Would stay there again.

2 things I liked. One, the price for the quality of the room I stayed in. Two, the place was pet friendly. My dogs enjoyed themselves.

The room looked clean at first glance but you could tell certain things were unclean. Primarily the floor. Nice hardwood floor, but still quite dirty. But not a deal breaker.

Good for the meetings, but would have preferred it to be cleaner.

Room was decent and enough space to take zoom meeting. Good WiFi. Quiet location as A building did not having banging doors. House keeper did not knock as asked not to be disturbed for meetings.

Unlike first time, floor was visible dirty with either plaster or small pebbles on the wooden floor. Walk around without shoes, but socks, still had sharp pebbles hurt when walking around. Left a piece on the comment card.

I have a history of staying there, but, what would really be delight you had coffee in lounge like b

Breakfast? Location is very good and convenient.

That week I stayed there a total of 3 days and the 1st night their was loud noises from partiers which happens of course. It's just that they happened to stay in the same floor across the hall. Other than that it was nice.

Good price for quality.

Clean, close to highway

Windows has 0 noise reduction. Windows were facing backyard and when people walk by talking it sounds like they’re inside your room. Woke up us several times at night.

Clean and good location next to freeway, helpful staff

No microwave or refrigerator in room or too far away from room to be useful. Also needed coins and or dollar bills to get coins in order to wash laundry.

For one nigth is ok but also internet not working well is on and off no usb charger no drink water

Very good

The room was spacious and comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge and a coffee machine. The TV worked well and was well placed in the room.

The "kitchenette" had a stove top but it did not work. I had to buy plate and cutlery, which should ideally have been provided in the room. There was complimentary coffee but no tea. There should have been more information provided regarding services available to guests, e.g. laundry etc.

Staff was great but the district manager got to go

I have 2 service dogs when my husband was getting me from work, because we are pregnant and homeless. They locked us out the room I went to see what was going on when I said my room Joel (district manager) repeat my room number and said my dogs (service) got out and went bathroom every. I checked my cameras and saw that the house keeper was the one who went in we had the tv on to defuse the noise because construction workers and volleyball team kids were in he call my dogs aggressive and that they need to be attended at all times. Thinking it was a warning I came in to check in for another day and they told me he band me from getting a room there. Most definitely feel discriminated.

Everything was above our expectations, honestly this trip was just as good as a high end hotel

WiFi didn’t work you could login but not load anything really. Also the ice being outside is not to bad but kinda an inconvenience

Reasonable place to stay.

Price was a huge factor in deciding this place. I stayed 3 weeks.

I didn't like how the drinks vending machine only provided drinks at room temperature. It was also frustrating trying to speak with some staff who didn't know any English.

We asked front desk staff if there was a microwave in the office we could use since there was not one in and room and were told, "you did not get a room with a microwave, so we have none for you"
