Location and the staff

My room was dirty! Smelled like wet dog when I walked in, Carpet was dirty (turned my feet black), and the bathroom had hairs on the toilet, shower, and vanity area.

I’d stay here again!

Large room near the mall, restaurants, easy freeway access. Large kitchen and bathroom with lain site.

I would have preferred having a keurig in the room.

Great location, convenient to Vancouver mall. Clean comfortable rooms at a fair price.

The room wasn't ready at 3pm as advertised, but it only took 15 min to be ready.

We’re crossing off My Place hotels on our list.

The location was ok, walkable to the mall and restaurants.

We had to move rooms due to a mechanical problem. The room we moved to had dog food in various places on the carpet and obvious dog hair. We didn’t have a dog! They have a kitchen but no dishes or utensils at all.

I would highly recommend My Place Hotel in Vancouver Wa. Comfy room and courteous staff.

Checkin was a breeze. Desk clerk very efficient and courteous. Room was very comfy and clean.

I would definitely stay here again

The staff are truly amazing. Very helpful, friendly, and seem to enjoy their jobs. The room was clean, nice, and roomy. There is a laundry room available, which was so helpful as I had to extend my stay. The snack options are great, and they have paper plates and plastic utensils upon request. They really do whatever they can to make you comfortable.

The beds are very hard, but not any worse than any other hotel I've stayed at. I could hear the person in the next room snoring, so the walls are thin, but overall, the facility was pretty quiet.

Good value, clean and well-apportioned room.

The room was clean and had great amenities (kitchen area with micro and frig). The bed was comfortable and there were several pillow choices. It's not a high end establishment, but it was pleasant and folks were nice. I'd stay here again - and that pretty much says it all right there.

Great stay

Very clean and quiet. Nice kitchenette area. Great location and easy access.

Was no hair dryer in our room. The hot water for shower isn't very hot, but not horrible and wouldn't affect my decision to stay there again.

Very nice hotel at a very good price. I think this was the best deal in this area.

This is a new property so it was very clean and updated. I liked the full refrigerator, microwave and the coffee maker. The staff was excellent. I had been to other hotels in this area that have staff that behave like you were bothering them and chose to always do the bare minimum. The staff here were attentive and I even saw them do much of the cleaning around the lobby.

An unfortunate side effect of being in Washington state is the frequent use of marijuana. Expect to have plenty of bad whiffs unless you like the smell.

Great staff, great facilities, bad neighbor.

The room had a full refrigerator and I was able to keep snacks around. It was very home like feeling. The staff here was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. They are very hard working. Other hotels in the area have inferior staff compared to MyPlace.

This is not a fault of MyPlace or the staff...My stay was on the first floor near an exit. The customers above me had a dog that walked around all night the people were also up and about all night to get a smoke at the exit that I was near. Washington state has legalized marijuana, my upstairs neighbor seem to enjoy it throughout the night. That means that I got a nice whiff of it through the night as the odor came through the door. Of course the doors opening and closing kept me awake. Nice stench in the hallway in the morning...unless you like it.

the location as handy and the hotel was just two years old.

I booked this place for its kitchenette. All the other places I stayed with had things such as pots, pans, plates, glasses and silverware/utensils; not my place. The “vibe” at my place is about a younger traveler who doesn’t want to cook anything unless it can be nuked. They do sell frying pans in the lobby. of course too, this hotel is located at a mall with lots of fast food options. the other problem with the room was the lighting. all the ceiling lights were on one switch. The room was way too bright. Even the lamp in the room was overly bright.

Very clean and quiet facility

The room has a recliner which was good for me as I was able to elevate my feet and legs. It was nice to have a bed that wasn’t so elevated as some are. The kitchen area was also a plus.

The only suggestion I have would be a grab bar in the tub/shower. It’s really a necessity for older folks like me.
