Out four-day-stay was exceptional, would love to get back here again. If you’ll need anything, just ask the staffs.

Facilities were great, staff were sincerely nice, was able to book it in a cheaper price, and was clean indeed.👌🏻✨

The room is very spacious. That's very homey. I liked it.

It's far from thw centro. The bath towel is only one, it should be two since we booked for two persons. There's no free soap and shampoo too.

One of the cheapest around the area, value for your money. The cleanliness and very accommodating staff. Convenience store within the hotel

Very decent room,. Clean and what I like about it is the heater and the cabinet. Very accommodating staff. Very happy cause i was able to have some documents printed in the reception area. The receptionist was very helpful. The location is one ride away to prc. Easy to locate as well. Thank you.

Our room was near the road so its a little bit noisy outside.

it was relaxing and the price was really affordable

it was peaceful, clean. there’s a grocery downstair where you can buy basic needs. staff was kind and accommmodating. i recommend this for solo traveller who wants a quiet place.

very tolerable, the flush you need to push it hard.

We were so disappointed to find out that the room was not vacated yet when we arrived at 7 PM which is 5 hours past check out time. We were made to wait for the occupants to arrive for almost an hour and to remove their belongings and have the room cleaned before we were able to finally occupy it. The staff should be strict in imposing the rule of taking out the things of occupants who do not follow check out times! We already paid the room in advance so the occupants before us were using the room at our expense. I'm not sure though if they paid the staff extra for checking out late at our expense. The management made amends by giving us free breakfast but that is not enough to correct the negligence of the staff in strictly asking the tenants to vacate the room on time. It would be good to put signages about Check In Time and Check Out Time in the lobby and in the rooms.

Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The room is so clean. There's a hot and cold shower, I love it! Very accessible going to the Centro and nearby tourist spots in Albay. There's a mini supermarket below for necessities and a BBQ stand for quick bites. Food panda delivers here as well.Definitely will stay here again in the future. Landmark is the Shell Gasoline station of Arimbay, you will not get lost.

Staffs were really great, thanks for returning my watch :)

Great location, close to attractions in Legaspi for an affordable accommodation. The staff is also amazing. I left my watch by accident after check-out and they kept it and returned. I’m so grateful to these employees.
