We were met at the door and assisted in bringing all of our baggage, given a complete tour with instructions that would have been helpful to review online while deciding a place to stay. Ron was available to respond to issues anytime we desired. The apartment is beautiful and roomy and not very far from shopping, restaurants or transportation.
I rented a large SUV, but no parking was available (In the entire city). This should be clearly communicated for planning. The police were very understanding and provided opportunity to move the violations at 6 am. Otherwise, our only issue was the four spiraling staircases needed to traverse every day. I am not against exercise but prefer to take an elevator. The apartment is completely off of the electrical grid. The solar power is a good system but a cloudy or rainy day will impact your ability to run the AC or other devices.

Property was very nice, the view of the mayon volcano was excellent, very spacious, lots of air to circulate when the sliding glass doors are opened, temperature was nice and cool inside, don't even need a/c, just an electric fan when the doors are opened, the panoramic view of the city was awesome, comfortable beds, very nice living room, and overall amazing experience.
Maybe the parking was a little tight, and the stairs going up and down to/from the top floor was narrow, but not a problem whatsoever

Location was great! Owner was very kind. High quality design and layout.
Air conditioner was located in each of the to bedrooms and the cold air spread out from there, so it was uncomfortable in the kitchen and bathroom areas, but over time it began to feel great.
