It is one of the most exclusive areas of the Mediterranean according to the Financial Times. Ideal to rest in family, very quiet and at the same time very close to the old center of Palma. Portixol has been a fishing village, an old suburb of Palma that has been rejuvenated and has become fashionable again among residents and tourists. Its properties are old fishermen's houses, which have become attractive properties. In addition, the town has all kinds of bars, cafes and restaurants facing the sea.

Great location where we were able to park nearby for free (we visited at the end of September). The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and clean. The sunny terrace is a nice bonus. Close to a supermarket and some lovely restaurants. You can walk into the centre in approx 20-30 mins. Would recommend!

We had a lovely time in this vacation rental. The location is wonderful, close (walking distance on nice days) to old town Palma with terrific restaurants and of course the fabulous port view. Aitor was a gracious host and the home was very well stocked and included many thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We absolutely loved this gorgeous condo and our experience staying in it.
Our host Aiorta was a great communicator. Met us when we arrived to show us the condo and explained everything. He responded to any inquiry quickly, and was thoughtful and every way.
The residence itself is beautifully appointed with so many personal charming touches that make it feel like a very elegant home. It was perfect for our family of five with three young adults for creating space and togetherness. The rooftop especially was enchanting to have our family dinners with gorgeous views. The location is perfect, close to a Palma to be able to get there quickly, but also away from the crowds.
I especially loved being near the sea and being able to walk and bike ride along the fir miles.
We cannot wait to return to this magical condo.

I booked this place for a week's stay for me and 2 coworkers coming to Palma for a convention, and then extended it 3 more days for when my family joined me. It is an amazing apartment in a perfect location! We walked most of the time - 10-15 min to the convention center, about 25min to the cathedral/historic area, 20min to city center. When we wanted a taxi we walked around the corner to get one from the hotel. The local beach is 3min away and you cannot beat the gorgeous marina views from the rooftop patio. The apartment beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Aitor was very helpful, even helping us out with a late check out since our plane to Barcelona was at night. I hope to return someday!

This apartment is a real gem!
A quick message from the airport to say we’d arrived and Aitor, the host, met us at the apartment late at night to show us round. The apartment belongs to his parents and is very well maintained and comfortable, with lovely decorations and ornaments making it feel more like a home than a holiday house. There is everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday, from a well kitted out kitchen to a great sun deck with amazing views of the harbour. We loved that the deck is in the sun all day but we had the option of a sun shade if we needed it. The views are gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting there with a glass of the wine that Aitor kindly left for us.
The location is great too, close to everything but peaceful too. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, a choice of beaches and a good supermarket only a few minutes walk away. We particularly liked the walk into Palma which was only 20 minutes away.
I would thoroughly recommend staying here and we hope to return one day.

This is a fabulous property … it really is a gem of a house
Two storey property with everything you need for a holiday ….including beach towels hairdryers in both bathrooms washing machine and dryer and iron / ironing board
The terrace is a real sun trap and has a sun canopy for shade if needed and has beautiful views over the bay
Beds very comfy and showers good too
Small beach a 2 min walk away .. though no sun beds
Loads of beautiful restaurants a stones throw from the property which is only a 20 min bus ride from Palma
Will be back … one day

We had a great stay in Aitors House in Palma. The House was completely as described. Amazing rooftop terrace and very close to two beaches. Aitor was great in his communication and meeting us at the property on arrival. He also got us a cot last minute for the baby. It’s not the most child friendly place with the stairs (we knew this beforehand with the photos) but there are barriers for the staircase and it’s very safe on the lovely rooftop. They also loved the beach a 2 minute walk away which is ideal for children. The place is beautiful and the location is stunning. Such a lovely area which provided everything we needed. If we ever get the chance to come back we will. Thanks again Aitor.

Top Haus, Top Lage!
Wir haben mit zwei Paaren das wunderschöne Haus von Aitor‘s Eltern bewohnt. Es ist ideal für 4 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattet, voll klimatisiert und in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch zentralen Lage am Hafen von Portixol.
Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Schiffe und die Bucht von Palma.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Dette byhus er placeret lige ned til en lille havn tæt på den gamle by. Den er lækkert indrettet med fin plads til 6 personer og en lækker tagterrasse. Udlejeren er imødekommende og hurtig til at svare. Alt i al særdeles anbefalelsesværdig.

Beautiful house in great location

Unbeatable location, just a couple of minutes walk to numerous bars and restaurants as well as the promenade., and about 35 minutes into Palma. Comfortable and clean.
