Just back from a fantastic stay.
Hosts were nothing short of excellent - just could not have been more helpful pre/whilst at the Villa.
The Villa is exactly as described & wears its c10 year build well. Literally all we needed & more was there with the well situated pool table a winner for the younger crowd who made great use of it!
There’s nothing to fault with the accommodation at all. Location being 2’ equidistant from x2 supermarkets & beach was tremendous.
Beach front bars for a quick pre-dinner sundowner were veey limited if that’s what youre looking for so was great the covered terrace & pool area could accommodate an easy wind down in comfort as an alternative..
Pool was flawlessly clean & a good size for our needs as a party of x8.
All in all a great venue for a family/friends week away in the sun with every home comfort you could want.

We enjoyed our stay immensely.
Owners: very responsive and helpful with everything. Made sure we enjoyed our stay and answered all questions promptly
Kitchen: very well equipped, great terrasse, grocery store near, many restaurant options
Toys: wow … pool table, ping pong, music, gaming room…. Considering we had many teenagers a huge olus. Bikes for everybody was an incredible feature and we could all go to Palma or near destinations.
Location: great to go around Mallorca never far for day trips. More of a modern house so not as « tipico » but amenities compensate.
Only caveat…. Not anybody’s fault but the immediate neighbour is under construction so can be loud in the morning…. Owner was so nice that they sent us a paella to compensate.

Excellent communication throughout. On arrival a very warm welcome and the Villa exceeded our expectations. Extremely well equipped with so many extras and immaculate. The Owner was incredibly responsive to all our questions whether about the Villa or about a variety of questions about Palma/ Majorca etc. The visit was truly memorable.

We had wonderful days at the house. Even with snow, yes...unbelievable but true story, we could swim in the warm pool and had all amenities you can imagine.
Thanks to Margalida for the perfect communication, the very warm welcome and having us as your guests.
I guess it’s more fun if you enjoy the house & all the extras without small kids, maybe as a group, but still with a family it was a perfect fit for us!

Super fint sted. Da vi kom, fik vi frugt, vand og rundvisning af ejerne. Poolen var dejlig varm, og alt spillede bare. Huset er veludstyret på alle måder. Fedt lige at kunne tage en cykel og stå midt i Palma efter 4 km på cykel. Værterne var meget opmærksomme på om alt var i orden.

This is definitely the best villa we have ever rented. Superior design, spacious, nice furniture, good surroundings and with all the conveniences you could wish for. The reality was even better then the pictures. The owners were extremely service minded. Both when booking and even letting us see the villa before, helped us with catering services and immediately fixed things when we contacted them. The house has a lovely location near the beach, nice restaurants and supermarkets and with only 20 minutes bicycling along the beach into Palma city center. All of our friends who stayed with us in the house were overwhelmed of the stay and the 50-years celebration couldn't have been more successful. Thank you Margalida, we will definitely come back!

Great space for family holidat
The villa is a fantastic space for families and immaculately clean.
There was plenty of space for 8 of us to enjoy the downstairs space.
The bbq was plenty big enough to cook for the 8 of us.
The bikes were great for a ride to beautiful Palma and Can Pastille.
The pool table was appreciated and used lots.
We paid for the pool to be heated which was well worth the money, it was beautifully warm and we used it everyday and some evenings too.
Margalida was always on hand to answer any questions quickly before and during our stay.
The beach was only a 1 minute walk and the supermarkets were less than 5.
Although most restaurants were shut during our stay the ‘Home made burger’ restaurant was a big hit with everyone.
All in all a great stay :)

White Glove Service!
From the moment we walked into the house we were in awe! We were met with an array of modern amenities and comfort. Our host made sure we understood how everything worked and even left us a wonderful welcome gift of fruit, champagne and a cake!
Everything was spic and span including the gleaming pool. The beach is steps away with many restaurants and bars to chose from. Each was better than the next. The highlight of our trip was the dinner at Fernandos (recommended by Margalidqa!)
We were comfortable and living in the lap of luxury. We hope to come back soon!

We were 12 people (age 24-33) enjoying a week in this outstanding villa. As it can be seen on the pictures, the rooms are huge and provide enough space for everyone. We expected to spend more time at the beach or in the city, but as the villa was so well equipped with table tennis, billard, soccer table, piano etc. we spent almost the whole time in the house or at the pool. Furthermore, the service by Margalida and Manel was more than perfect. We were welcomed with handmade special meals and sweets from Mallorca, bottles of Cava and a huge plate of fresh fruits. Since every guest is kindly asked to leave their leftovers (spices, oils, liquor, etc.) in the house when leaving, there's almost everything you need in the kitchen to prepare any kind of meals and drinks. We definitely consider to book that villa again and can recommend it to any kind of groups of friends and families.

We were 2 families with children aged 9-12. The care and service of the owner was top. We found 2 small defects, which were immediately repaired. The property is very well equipped, clean and great for families. Bikes for everyone (they bought additional children's bikes especially for us), pool, table tennis, gamezone etc..

We were a company of 11 people (family and friends) spending one week in this fantastic villa. It is located 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes to a nice grocery shop, a nice 20-minute bike ride to Palma center. Everything was thought of in this villa - all from planning of the rooms, IT, TV, speakers, terrace under roof, barbeque and a great pool area - this in combination with the service level (beyond any expectation) given by Margalida and Manel - this is an amazing stay in Palma! Will be happy to go back soon!

We spent the money on this villa but we didn’t even stay in it.
We checked in but couldn’t stay. The images/photos were clearly taken when the property was first built as non of the photos were representative of the state of the property and the furnishings. Everything was tatty and very tired. We were so disappointed. A total waste of money. The garden is surrounded by barbed wire, the views are awful and full of graffiti. It was awful.
The bedrooms were more like student digs not bedrooms you'd expect in a well maintained luxury villa (stained yellowing white curtains, old bedding, a very broken mirror in one of the bathrooms, old bathrooms). I had rented this house to take my husband and some of our friends for his birthday weekend. It was a total disappointment. We stayed elsewhere in the end.
We left without staying as it felt grubby and I felt the barbed wire, surrounded by abandoned/derelict building plots, the need to put on the burglar alarm every time we left the property etc made us feel very unsafe.
The owners were very nice but couldn’t understand our concerns, as they said that was what Spain/Mallorca was like (not my view of most of Spain at all). They agreed to waive the extra fees e.g cleaning and pool heating; however we had already spent thousands. We didn’t feel we couldn’t stay there.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Host and Fantastic Area!!!!!

Incredible Villa and location!!!
This villa has it all, very spacious and modern with fantastic facilities for both adults and children.
The location is perfect, a short walk to 2 supermarkets, a stones throw to the beach and the villas bikes were a real plus for us to cycle into Palma.
Margalida was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble.
We all had a superb holiday and would love to come back again.

Excellent family holiday
We chose this property because of its location to the beach and Palma, and the amenities. We were not disappointed, the house was large enough for our group of adults and teens, providing a lot of entertainment. Everyone used the bikes to go to the beach and Palma, we played a lot of pool and ping pong, and overall had a fabulous time. Margalida was lovely from start to finish, recommending restaurants and sailing options. We were all very happy and hope to return!

This was a special holiday for us as a family. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and three special birthdays for our children (30th, 21st and 18th). Magdalida and her husband were wonderful, responsive and could not have been more helpful. Luxurious attention to detail
This luxurious villa exceeded our expectation with exceptional attention to detail. Anything we needed was dealt with immediately. We are a family of 8 including 2 young children & after some initial ‘baby proofing’, moving ornaments out of reach etc, the living area is spacious & perfect for playing & partying. Margalida even arranged additional cleaning & catering to ensure we could completely relax. The proximity to Palma, Portixol, clean beaches & supermarkets was exactly right so we were just a stroll away from the best restaurants & shopping without feeling the area was too touristy or noisy. There’s also a beautiful walk in the opposite direction towards Arenal. I recommend you pay the additional fee to heat the pool when offered as we used it day & night. The beds, pillows, linen & towels are top quality & super comfortable & the well equipped kitchen is a joy to prepare food in. We were all sad to leave & very keen to return.

Great property, great location 5 star
We stayed here as a group of 12 adults for my husbands 50th birthday celebrations.
The house was just perfect, great accommodation with bathrooms for everyone which was a priority. The pool room upstairs was great and I can honestly say I don't think we have ever stayed in such a well equipped house. The bikes were a great addition for cycling into Palma. The host Margalida went out of her way to organise a birthday cake, beers and prosecco for our arrival. All in all a great trip would highly recommend and hope to go again some time.

Perfect Family Holiday
Have you ever watched 'Grand Designs' and wondered what it would be like to live in one of those houses well now I can tell you.
Margalida met us on arrival and was so welcoming, we were shown all over the property and the men were very impressed with the touch control panel that runs all the electronics.
The kitchen was a dream and two fresh fruit platters and cakes were just what we needed after our journey. There was beer and soft drinks in the fridge and a store room with lots of dry goods.
We were a party of 10 adults and a teenager and there was more than enough room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and how I would love a dressing room the size of the one in the main suite.
The heated pool was as big as many hotels and even though we had rain at some stage every day we all managed our pool time. The window from the pool to the games room produced some unusual holiday snaps.
The area is flat and everyone cycled as far as Palma along the bike path.
There were sufficient bars and restaurants open to suit all tastes and we also made use of the BBQ at the property.
The holiday was to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and it was something that none of us will ever forget. We feel privileged to have spent our family celebration in such a stunning place.

Wir wurden in der sehr sauberen Villa sehr freundlich durch die Vermieter empfangen. Nach einer kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeit des Gastgebers haben wir eine sehr ausführliche Einführung bekommen. Perfect villa for family with children!
We where warmly welcomed and nicely introduced to the fantastic Villa Cristal by Margalida and also Manel. We had very high expectations on the villa, viewing pictures and reviews before booking the vacation. When summarising the week, we can conclude the stay to live up to our expectations. The villa had everything you could need for a stay in; kitchen, eating, living, playing, excursions and you name it. Very child friendly with gates for stairs, seats for bicycles, baby seat for dining etc. The location is perfect, close to the beach, store for for shopping food and grocery as well as restaurants. We tried the restaurant Villa del Mar near the beach and can really recommend it, excellent food and services. Last but not least, perfect support, better than you could expect, from Margalida when having all kind of questions, quick and good advices on where to turn to. Also thank you for the very tasty paella and fresh fruit! Hope to be back some time.

It was a great stay in Mallorca in this Villa. We (3 families) had a warm welcome and introduction form the owner, Margalida. Everything was good prepared and when we had questions, Margalida gave us a fast respond. The Kids enjoyed the pool also late in the evening :-)
