Very comfortable - great location

Location was excellent

The smell in the communal areas and the bathroom was a little outdated. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very squeaky

Very convenient and quiet through the night.

location, quiet, everything we needed to be self catering.

The mattress was quite hard and the toaster wasn’t working properly, only toasted one side of the bread.

had a wonderful time

excellent location. rooms beautifully presented, clean and spacious.

occasionally, could get a little noisy outside very late at night, for short periods. however, I didn’t feel it was a big problem.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment

Lovely apartment in the heart of old town Palma, next to the cathedral and within walking distance of countless restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms were modern and super clean. The living area is large and has a lovely little terrace - just enough room to enjoy a coffee overlooking the fountain, cathedral and shopping street.

The ensuite shower room in the master bedroom is a bit small however the shower is great and if you need more room, the family bathroom is very spacious

Well located, couldn’t be any better, very clean but it felt boring and noisy.

Great location

Apartment was very clean but felt very plain, lack of decoration and mourn. Walls were paper thin and you could here the guy walking on top of your room.

Great alternative to a cramped hotel room! Get your laundry done, spread out, and relax.

Check-in was very easy and the host/manager was extremely responsive when I had questions. The building is in a great location but super quiet inside. Appreciated having both an electric kettle and a Nespresso machine! Also awesome having an elevator and not having to haul heavy luggage up the stairs like in many other old-timey buildings in this part of the world! I imagine the units with balconies are even better with more natural light.

The shower was a tight squeeze, but that’s just how things are when you’re trying to maximize space in historic buildings. You might struggle a little if you have some junk in the trunk. The bathroom is general was great and the water pressure and temperature was fantastic.

Great value with all the comforts of home.

Lovely, well furnished apartment with excellent location for sightseeing. Our unit had a huge outdoor patio which was really nice. Great value, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Next to the cathedral. Shops and Bars on your doorstep. Taxi Rank immediately outside. Clean. Spacious.

Was a little bit noisy at night but that was to be expected being in a central location.

Good

Comfortable apartment in perfect central location. Tea and coffee provided, luggage lockers available after check-out. Easy check-in and friendly host.

Windows open onto noisy main street, but no problem with windows closed. Small bathroom.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped centrally located apartment.

Superb location - close to all the sights and the old city centre, and an Eroski supermarket. Easy to access property. Luggage lockers available inside apartment building ahead of check-in time. Very clean modern apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen.

Fabulous location in a really great apartment

Fabulous location right opposite the cathedral. Close to everywhere and a taxi rank across the road. Apartment was immaculately clean with lots of crockery and everything you could possibly need. Great communication leading up to our stay and the host was there to meet us on arrival

Only a tiny downside... The shower in the bathroom had doors that didn't quite close properly and the overhead shower could do with replacing. We used the other shower head and it was fine though

Very nice apartment in a great location and accessibility, highly recommend!

Balcony with furniture, beautiful view, great location right under the cathedral. Kitchen equipment, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave, quality dishes, large fridge. Great bed, hard, big, two mattresses. A large number of towels (even for the beach). Washing products. TV with internet connection (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) A sofa that could be slept on. There are stops under the apartment in both directions, from which you can get everywhere. Water, cola for welcome. Pleasant Mrs. Veronika, she helped with everything.

Mini balcony, the declared dishwasher was missing, a small wastebasket. Low performance air conditioning. Dirty floor, we preferred to walk in slippers.

The air freshener was a bit heavy and bed a bit hard but small compared to overall experience!
