Excellent stay in bright apartment ideally located in old town

Great location , very clean and bright apartment. Host was very easy to contact and met us at the apartment and also checked to make sure everything was OK. The apartment had everything you needed. Bed was very comfortable and rainfall shower was terrific. Nice bonus to have a washing machine.

Must be the best apartment in the old town absolutely fabulous!

location right beside Plaza Mayor the roof terrace in the maisonette was amazing and the property was pristine. we were met by Dario who was very helpful.

Excellent location, good facilities close to everything in the centre.

The bed settee in the lounge was not comfortable to sit on. We could only get english tv on bedroom tv.

Central location with public transport in walking distance and shops around. The apartment has everything you need and it's located in a beautiful, historic building. Friendly host. We were able to check out later - very happy about that!

Bad sound isolation, you can hear everything that's happening on the street. There are trucks driving in the square a couple of times during the night and they are loud. We ran out of hot water a couple of times.

beautiful apartment in a great location

The interior decoration and the location. The tv had English channels and a built in water filter tap and an excellent bakery/ cafe for breakfast underneath which was an added bonus.

we got use to the noise of the late night rubbish and cleaning.

We were met by Gaston. Very friendly and always ready to help. We were allowed to check in earlier and were also allowed to check out a little later. It was very nice.Upon arrival, we had chilled water in the fridge and champagne. There was tea and coffee, which allowed us to freshen up after the journey. The apartment had everything you need and more. We were pleasantly surprised.

Of the minuses, one can only name the smell from the air conditioner at startup, but then it disappeared. The creaking door from the bathroom. And the sofa was a bit dirty. I advise you to take ear plugs with you, because at night it was noisy due to public utilities workers.

I liked everything about the property, but most of all the fact that it’s in an actual tourist attraction, as the building itself looks stunning, while the interior has all the modern ammenities. People were lining up to take pictures of the building, while we were sitting on the balcony staring back at them :)

Luxury apartment in beautiful building

Very good communication from the host, Naika. Beautiful luxury apartment in historic building. Very comfortable bed and has a lovely shower room. Good central location.

Wi-Fi connection was poor. Street noise due to the location,but mostly quiet after midnight

Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Excellent location in central Palma, easy to walk everywhere. Apartment is very attractive and well equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and checked that we were happy with everything.

Be aware that the apartment is in a very central location and the street below is busy with people, not traffic.

Perfectly placed

Ideal location right in the middle of the old town. Can sometimes be a little noisy but no more than you would expect for its location.

The washing machine wasn’t working - however Gaston did help us with this problem and was very helpful during our stay.

Well-equipped apartment in historical building

The host, Noemi, was super helpful and friendly and check in, even late at night, was totally seamless. The apartment is spacious and have beautiful old large windows letting in a lot of natural light. The apartment has all the amenities one need for a city stay and is located right on Placa Mayor, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and loads of streets and small little plazas for strolling and exploring. I will for sure stay here again.
