Modern and comfortable stay in top location

Trendy and high quality apartments, great location for the city, good restaurant downstairs and nice rooftop. We loved everything about it

Nice hotel with excellent location - but price does not correlate with the high price

Great location on a quiet side street close to everything. No noice or disturbance from the streets (or other rooms). Very clean and tidy. Attentative personnell. Arrival by car very challenging, but by taxi or on foot really easy.

For the sky-high price you would expect things to work all the way. This was not the case. We were a group of four. Upon arrival: two towels and two bathrobes. Shower amneties for one. No slippers (as listed in booking). No big things but irritating. And definitely not luxury or 5*.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The quality of the TV was notable and English channels all available. There is a high quality restaurant as part of the facility available for breakfast and evening meals. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment was near the cathedral in a small street, with a high quantity well stocked supermarket literally round the corner. and walking distance to all areas of the Old Town and Port. It was really helpful that there were Yoga mats & blocks and GHD hair straighteners provided, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in on holiday and totally recommend!

It would have been nice to have a slightly bigger balcony but all the old style buildings are the same with the little ‘juliet-style’ balconies and there was a fantastic roof terrace to relax on.

-Noises at night - windows are not soundproof - no receptionist after 4 pm - if it happens that you forget ur room keys inside the room , u’ll have to find another hotel to spend the night , no receptionist . And it happened ! Horrible experience .

Fabulous stay in a great location in Palma

The suites are very comfortable and very well furnished. The Bistrot serves the most amazing breakfast and the service is outstanding. Alejandra was amazing in helping us in any way possible. Loved the place and we will be back !

Lovely spacious apartment in great location

Super friendly staff, two beds and two bathrooms which was very convenient, enough space, kitchen well equipped, nice interior

It was very noisy during night time (the street is quite busy with bars and people shouting). The apartment was overall a bit dark, more lights would be great.

So clean and right in the center of everything.

just in the morning they only have one staff member to take breakfast orders and cook. They didn’t have time to serve us which was unfortunate

Fabulous location. Very clean, wonderful helpful staff. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed including kettle, Nespresso, iron, hair dryer, hair straightener, plenty towels, toiletries, daily water replacement. Daily free glass of cava…..

Great despite closure of restaurant

Unfortunately all dining facilities were closed when we were there due to chef illness which is why I rated facilities lower.

No food available in Ochoa kitchen restaurant.

Amazing place, but expensive

The suite was very nice and comfortable, the bed is really good, with soft sheets. The staff is so amazing and helpful. The location is very good.

The price is very expensive. We had some issues with the condition of the facilities (broken or in bad condition), but the staff was really attentive and helpful with our complains

We had such an incredible stay and will be coming back without a doubt!

Everything about this property was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helped us with our every need! The cleaning staff was amazing and so attentive- and the location could not have been more perfect. Will be coming back to stay at this property again!

We loved our room(s) and the location. It was a great place to take in Palma.

Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms and beds, and a lovely kitchen and living room area. It was walking distance to some of the best parts of Palma. Great shopping, restaurants and beaches nearby.

We had a couple of power outages when we were there, but only temporary and usually in the middle of the day when we were happy to leave the property. The parking lots nearby are quite expensive, so keeping a car overnight multiple nights added quite a bit to expense.
