The space, the location, the facilities were all wonderful! And it was the cleanest place we had ever stayed. The staff at the hotel next door could not have been more helpful and friendly.
Although the villa catered for 12 people, there were no wine glasses, only 8 forks and an ironing board with no iron. That said, when we informed the hotel next door, they resolved every request very quickly.

Badezimmer sehr schlechte zustand und Schwimmbad war nicht gereinigt, wir haben im Wasser sehr viele Gegenstände und viel Schmutz gefunden.

Beautiful villa with amazing pool. Great location. Perfect for a group of friends
One of the bedrooms didnt have air conditioning so we couldn't use it. There was not enough cups/glasses for the amount of people staying and was also only one toilet roll in each bathroom.

The villa as lovely and clean, spacious & comfortable. lots of outdoor space and seating areas. lovely pool area
Nothing too drastic, but thought
A welcome package with town maps, wifi code, restaurant recommendations, supermarket etc
Demo on how to use aircon, and general info on electric appliances
for size of property, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, trays, wine glasses could be larger
Bedroom door missing !!!
