About this house rental
Situated in Clearwater Beach, this lovely house for $285 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LOCATION ON CLEARWATER BEACH. Private cottage with two outdoor seating areas. 44 paces to the beautiful combed white powder sugar sands of Clearwater Beach island. View the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico ocean and watch the sunsets from the enclosed front room of the house or sit on the terrace for a panorama. Watch beautiful sunsets from the front terrace or from the dinning room table. This sunny light filled cozy detached private beach house with central air conditioning and heating accommodates 2 to 6 persons. The quoted price is for one to four persons. Persons five and six incur an extra charge of $35 per night. 3 sleeping areas. 1. Master bedroom with king-size bed with private master bathroom; 2. second bedroom with queen-size bed and 3. front room with queen-size sleeper sofa. Second bathroom with double sink for sleeping areas 2 and 3. . For toddlers we have a pack and play bassinet. We provide a cooler for your beach picnics, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Fully equipped brand new kitchen with granite counter top. Utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toastee, blender, can opener, cork screw are all in the cottage. Entire flooring of Turkish marble. Marble walk in showers in both bathrooms. Walk to the beach in your bathing suit. Built in the 1920s, extensively modernized, marble flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with marble showers, modern kitchen with granite counter top, side by side refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher, kitchen bar, open living room with swivel mounted 55” TV with Netflix, Amazon, Free TV. Decorative fireplace mantle. Built in washer and dryer. There are two outside dining areas and free off street parking that will accommodate an RV and car or two cars tandem and one public parking in front. Beach parking can cost up to $25 per day, so this is a great savings by renting this particular beach house. Close to restaurants and evening entertainment festivities at Pier 60. Hike north along the beach to reach Caladesi Island, one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on the East Coast of Florida. You may find something cheaper on the mainland or on a canal, but here you are on the beach. No stress in fighting beach traffic, finding a parking place, paying a parking fee up to $25 per day, packing up, then doing the same thing day after day. In case of rain, it is only a one minute walk back to the house. By the way, the house is very near the location of the Warner Brothers movie, Winter, the Dolphin Tale, starring Morgan Freeman. The dolphin can be seen at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, 5 minutes from the house. It takes a little over an hour, past the beach mansions. Caladesi Island is now joined with Clearwater Island although some maps still show the two separated. There are nature trails on the Island which has a forest ranger station and three climatic zones: a palmetto forest, a pine forest and a hammock canopy. We have pleasant stay at Walter’s cottage. It is a perfect hideaway. The cottage perfectly set up and clean. There is complimentary coffee, spices, bath and diswashing soap. It is very close to restaurants and shops. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Booking and check in was super easy, it was all through email. The location of this property was perfect, it is located about a half of a block from the beach entrance. It is within walking distance to Mandalay Ave which is the where alot of shops and restaurants are. The property itself was very clean and welcoming with beautiful marble floors and big showers. There's also a washer and dryer you can use. This property also has beach chairs, sand castle making kits and boogie boards that can be used. I highly recommend this property!

We really loved our 3 night stay at the cottage. It is located 20 meters away from a beautiful white sand beach on a quiet street. It is walking distance from various restaurants on Mandalay Avenue, spotlessly clean with upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a good front yard to relax. Walter is a fantastic host and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions, and directions to the cottage from the airport. Local contact, Mary, is very responsive and kind - she made our 11pm arrival and late departure seem like a breeze. We highly recommend this cottage - it was perfect for our family of four.

From booking to check in, the entire process was super easy. Communication with the property owner and manager was simple and easy and they responded quickly to my questions! The area was very nice and conveniently located to everything including the beach! The house itself was beautiful and had everything we as a family of 4 could ask for! Highly recommend This rental!

Wife and I. Retired and though not inactive definitely wanted to be a bit removed from the center of activities. This cottage was perfect. Two good size bedrooms ( we just used the master) and two 3/4 baths. Large kitchen to move around in and lots of extra seating and table surface for eating and games.
The unit has most things you would need like hair dryer, curling iron, iron… and a super big washer dryer. There are beachy things too… chairs, towels, boogie boards, cooler, kids sand toys….so save hauling your own stuff.
Location wise, we loved it. Small quiet street walking distance to coffee and restaurants. The beach is right there . Wide white sandy beach , very clean. And of course Clearwater Beach has some excellent restaurants and bunches of curio shops.
You can’t go wrong.
Less than 30 minutes from Tampa Airport.

This is a great place to stay—just steps from a wide, uncrowded beach. Everything was just as described. Easy to use beach chairs, cooler, and towels that we took to the beach. We also enjoyed sitting outside in the front and meeting fellow vacationers.

Plenty of space for a family of 4. Really loved that the house was equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and beach toys for the kids. Short walk pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. The property manager was very responsive. Really fantastic place I would recommend to anyone traveling to Clearwater.

The bungalow was the perfect size (big for four people!) and had quality amenities and furnishings/decor. It truly was a wonderful beach getaway. Could walk anywhere to town, but also driveway and road access were open/suitable for vehicles. We also loved the lounge are/front patio with table and lounge chairs. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We stayed for a whole week and had a wonderful time. Great weather everyday. Beach is literally 40 paces just as advertised. The house is adorable! It was clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the week. We walked everywhere- to eat - to shop - and just explore. Barely touched the rental car.

And very short walk .5 miles to tons of shops and restaurants! The house and property are very clean and maintained. I’ve never had an issue with the house. It is comfortable and ready to use. I have absolutely enjoyed each visit to this property!! The beach is amazing and not busy at all. It is far enough away from the high rises that is it not busy yet close enough to walk to amenities! Perfect cottage and location for my family Sisters Weekend. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. Walk down the street to the beach or relax in the sun on lounge chairs in front of the cottage. We had very mixed weather but enjoyed it all!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage was such a pleasure to stay in. When we arrived (in the pouring rain!), all the lights were on for us and soft rock played on the TV mounted over the faux fireplace. I was surprised to see the extra space that is not shown in any photos I have seen: as soon as you walk in, there is a round glass-topped dining table that seats 4 and the day/trundle bed in a nook. This cottage is tops over the other weathered "Key West" style cottages just south of it and you can see the waterline horizon when sitting at the table inside! Would love to stay and visit again with family! Thanks Walter!
