You'll LOVE the peace and quiet - away from it all BUT only 5 min. from groceries, shopping and interstate! You'll also love the awesome deck for wildlife watching. Neighbors have a pond you can enjoy while having a bonfire or picnic (just don't go over to their pond). There is a full size kitchen. We're also willing to rent for "events" such as bridal parties, girls get away, Mom's retreat, name your own get away! City Codes has just notified us that no rentals shorter than 30 days are allowed.

First the good. Great location, great land, deer and turkeys almost daily. Large house. Good size bedrooms upstairs. Now the bad. We had pets and we paid the cleaning fee and an extra pet fee. When we move in the carpet was pre-stained, which I thought was fine since we had pets anyway. The king bed mattress needs replaced. We were surprised when they filed a claim against us (we bought the insurance also) for NEW carpet. The carpet was already stained before we moved in and was not in great shape. We were assured that our deposit would be returned as the claim would cover. After a month we asked about our deposit and were told that we ruined the carpet and we weren't getting it back. They had to clean the carpet (it wasn't replaced). Not sure why we paid a cleaning fee and pet fee if you are going to charge us extra to actually clean it. VRBO was no help and did not notify us that they gave the deposit to the property owner.

Out in the country, yet close to popular restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations. Friendly local town. Home very spacious with great views. Greatly enjoyed our stay there. Only 18 miles to Downtown Nashville via interstate highway.

Our extended family enjoyed getting together and getting away for a long weekend at this house. It is actually close to town but when you are on the property you would never know you are so close. The house has 3 large "living rooms" on the main floor plus a huge deck so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out & relax.

The house was spacious with lots of room to sleep our large group. Located a short drive from downtown, it was great to have a quiet scenic place to come home to after a day exploring downtown Nashville. Waking up to turkey and deer in the yard was definitely unexpected! Deb was super easy to work with, and flexible with our large group (including the furry guests). You can't beat the price, space, or location. I would definitely stay here again.

We found the house to be spacious, clean, and a short ride from downtown Nashville sights as well having easy access to the Interstate. The owner is very nice and responsive. We felt right at home here.

We were welcomed with Moon pies, Sunkist and Eclipse, thoughtfully arranged on the kitchen counter as we entered the house. We had a family get together here to watch the August 21st total solar eclipse and the owner had added this special touch to welcome us into her house. The location was perfect and far away from the crowds. The deck was huge to accommodate a big gathering and the serenity of the place just helped us all to be one with the cosmos for this wonderfully, breathtaking experience. Relaxing on the deck with the symphony of the birds, and the cicadas in the early morning and evening hours was spiritually satisfying and humbling. The owner was very quick to respond to our queries. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday.

It is really a beautiful property, very peaceful. I went there for a family reunion and it rains all the weekend so we literally stay there. The house needs a little TLC but that's my work so maybe that's why I think so! I recommend it!

We had a death in the family and needed a place to stay. We live in Alabama and the funeral was in Nashville. We requested on a Wednesday to rent on Thursday, Deb worked with us and made it happen. I would recommend this wonderful place for true relaxation. We even fed the horses carrots.

We traveled up for the weekend from Atlanta and stayed here for two night with 2 other couples. There was a total of 6 of us and our two dogs. We arrived and everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We went to a concert in downtown Nashville and it was a short 20 minute drive which wasn't bad at all. There was so much room for us in the house and the dogs had a huge piece of property to run around on. There is also a really nice deck to hang out on as well. Another cool thing is there is a barn on the property that has 3 horses and we were able to visit them and feed them apples and carrots. They were very friendly too. We also saw deer on the property and there is also a pretty pond next door. We will definitely stay here again when we are are in Nashville. We really loved this place! The owner also answered all of our questions promptly.

Six of us stayed on this beautiful acreage comfortably. Ms Deb was great with communicating and helping us. It is a little farther out, but only 15 minute ride from Broadway. Would recommend if you have a large group!

Great time had by all

Came here for a guys weekend and to catch a football game. The Property was great, Location excellent, The Owners description does not do it justice. Absolutely loved the layout. Deb always responded to my questions in a timely matter. I would Definitely recommend this property to friends and family, In fact I already have. There was also a beautiful golf course (12 Stone is the name)within a 3 mile drive. I will be staying here again.

We had family from Ohio and Texas meet here as a half way point, and it was a wonderful stay!! We loved how much room there is on the inside and how big the deck is. It was close enough to town but just far enough to get away from all the town noise. It is well kept clean and the owner is a pleasure to work with. Had no problems at all. We loved seeing the deer, turkey and horses throughout the day. If we come back to Tennessee we will probably book here again!

This house was perfect for our needs. It is in a beautiful and quiet setting...horses and deer and other wildlife around. The owner was very responsive and set up additional air mattresses for us. This house is huge - very spacious and the deck is fantastic.

Absolutely awesome house. Extremely roomy, with 3 bedrooms, a huge well equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, a den, 2 1/2 bathrooms, & a deck that goes on for ever. So much room to spread out & do your own thing. We loved the 60's theme. This is minutes from downtown Nashville, but seems a world away when we wanted to relax. If you are looking for peaceful then this is your choice. Deer & turkey came out everyday to drink from the neighbors pond. Feels like you are on your own little ranchette with a horse barn & horses. Beautiful country neighborhood. Deb is such a great host & wonderful lady. 5 star experience all the way around. I highly recommend this house.
