The breakfast had a good selection of protein items. This is important to my wife and me due to our dietary restrictions. The hotel campus was quiet and we enjoyed visiting with other guests.
I asked for a first floor room when I registered. I was told at checkin that none were available. Our room (205) had a noticeable odor of mildew. The TV in our room was old and very basic. It is not a smart TV that would allow us to cast our shows to the bigger screen.

The breakfast was great, the access to a major road and lots of things to do in the area was great. The location to Nashville was nice as well.
The housekeeping was non-existent for our room. The first night we kept the do not disturb sign out and that was our bad however we stayed three days and never saw a house keeper. I have a child who wet the bed due to medical issues and I had to call multiple times multiple days for linens. I even offered to make it myself and both days the manager came to change it. I understand things happen that it might get overlooked but it was a huge inconvenience especially for a child that is self confident about an issue like this to begin with. One thing that was disturbing was the amount of pee stains on the bed pads that were on the beds too. The picture I included was from a bed that was not peed on by anyone in our family. Another frustrating thing was that I had to have my room key reprogrammed like 4 times in 3 days. Lastly, the WiFi was terrible and the tvs had an issue and didn’t work either. I understand they couldn’t control that but it made for some boring nights staring at a frozen image on the tv for 3 days.

The hotel was clean but dated. Our room was very spacious. They do have a guest laundry room and it was clean and the washer was great. The breakfast was nothing special but it was enough. The desk clerk was extremely sweet and patient. She was great at helping with my needs. I needed to wash a load of soccer uniforms but didn’t have detergent, she provided me with some Tide. We ordered food to the hotel and she gave us plates and silverware. She was amazing.
The hotel was clean but very dated. The shower looked like someone fell and busted the walls and they cheaply fixed it. The location was not the best. I will not pick this location again due to not feeling safest in the parking lot and the hotel being hard to get to.
