The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was a huge assortment of foods. Room was big and spacious. Hotel overall was very clean and new. Beds were also really comfortable and they had nice soft pillows 4 to each bed plus 2 pillows, sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa. Water pressure in the shower was out of this world amazing as well. Tons of channel options on the TV. The later times for breakfast during the weekend was also nice. The young woman who checked me in Friday afternoon allowed us to check in a few minutes before 3pm, and worked all weekend she was absolutely wonderful I did not catch her name but she said she was a mother and that she is also in school right now as well. She made all the difference in making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We will be coming back to this location and she is the main reason why!! Give her a raise! Having her as the first person you deal with when you come into the hotel, is a very intelligent choice. She absolutely makes the hotel above and beyond due to her excellent customer service skills, politeness, kindness, and how sweet and helpful she was. I really hope she sees this and management informs her of the great job she is doing for your establishment
Wifi was not as great as I would have preferred it to be but it did work. For some reason the pool doors lock at 10pm but pool does not close until 11pm so I hated having to bother the sweet young lady at the front but again she handled everything extremely professionally and was so helpful and kind and opened the door for us no problem.

They were great i need a room for my husband and dog to stay in while I had surgery
....by the way we.from Louisiana
...so this was best one for us plenty places for the dog exit not to far from room

Staff was friendly and courteous. Easy access to the location and ample parking.
My king room had leaks from the ceiling over the shower. We were moved to a less spacious room with two queen beds.
Housekeeping needs to be a little more mindful of dirt in corners. Facility was old. Carpet and lobby furniture were dirty., Lobby rug was especially dirty. Elevators were slow, and one elevator was out of service on the second of my three days there. Wi-Fi service was not available on the second day night.
The breakfast was okay, but the juices were bitter. It was disappointing to not see a waffle machine there.
