Amazing Hotel - but the noise…

Everything about this hotel and my stay was great. I ended up staying an extra night because of work and it was really easy to add another night and stay in my current room.

My bed was a little more on the firm side and the noise from the highway was pretty loud when I tried to sleep.

Good except for desk personnel...

One desk staff person was unprofessional when dealing with 3rd party. Regardless of who was in error, there are ways of speaking to person who Paid for bill. If do not know the protocol, say it in a tactful professional manner.

Nice hotel, but looks WORN at closer look; Overall lack of oversight in room maintenance/cleanliness

Nice size room. Quiet. Centrally located hotel.

A few points: 1) My Room Had Ants. They re-cleaned the room but I honestly couldn't understand how ants could get into 2nd floor room. 2) No free bottled water. This hotel, unlike other Hampton Inns and Suites, provide bottled water to their guests as a perk, regardless of guest Hampton/Hilton "status". This was UNFORTUNATE. I frequently stay at Hampton inn, and I've never had this happen before. Why do some Hamptons provide this while THIS ONE did not? Seems odd. 3) ALL the shelves in the bathroom were broken so we couldn't put our toiletries on them. Does anyone actually check this stuff? They have to clean the room, so why wouldn't maintenance be called to FIX this obvious repair. 4) The bathroom ceiling fan/vent looked like it had NEVER EVER been cleaned before. 5) Towels were somewhat dirty (i.e., white towels had brown make-up residue on them). I received new towels that were clean, but the housekeeping should take a look at the towels before putting them in a room! 6) They don't really vacuum or clean the floor well around the beds. I had cobwebs!!! Once items 1, 5, and 6 were fixed (after I complained at the front desk), the room was MUCH better.

Nashville Trip

The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate and great location for food and shopping. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was nice, and they had plenty of options to choose from. .

Nothing, I have no complaints, slept great.

Pleasant

It was hot and presentable.

I checked out of the hotel (3-12-2023) and remembered that I left something in the room. I went back in and retrieved my item and returned the key. Two minutes later I have a $250.00 charge on my card. I called on 3-13-2023 regarding the charge and it's a Smoking charge. My friend and I never smoked in the room. My friend smoked in the smoking area outside of the hotel & car. I am fighting this charge. I am a Hilton Honors member who have never been insulted like this before. Please show me proof because the maid wasn't in our room when I retrieved my left item and run that outside footage of my friend smoking.

FIVE PLUS STARS

We loved EVERYTHING!!! The coffee bar, the breakfast each morning, the pool, the specialty bar where you could buy snacks....and the rooms were especially nice! I loved the sliding doors in the rooms and the beds and bedding were sooo comfy we slept like a dream. We didn't want to leave there!!

There was not one thing we didn't like about our stay. I do not think Hampton Inn could improve in any area that I could see.

GROSS, room was dirty, wet brown spots and blood on the floor, food all over the carpet and in hallway! front desk lady was In the men’s bathroom with someone and my husband had to wait on them to “finish” so she could address our issues. strange men in lobby and outside smoking pot! VERY DISGRACEFUL!!!

Disappointing and overpriced

Breakfast was decent.

This particular Hampton wasn't as clean or nice as other Hamptons I've stayed at. Room seemed out dated and not as clean as it should have been. There was poop on the toilet seat.

It was horrible and discusting.

The location was ok. The breakfast was ok. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean.

We arrived late at night and pretty much went straight to bed. The next morning all 4 of us woke up with really bad headaches and major sinus issues happening. My husband pulled the 2 filters from the AC unit and it looked like they had never been cleaned. While getting ready I started noticing more and more filth. I took pictures of all of the nastiness and all the items that are broken and falling apart. The tile floor was especially nasty. There were hairs everywhere. There was a very questionable substance on the headboard and wall beside the bed. There were layers of dust and hair around the floor board next to the bed. The refrigerator was nasty. The sink was nasty. We are VERY disappointed as we paid almost $440.00 for 2 nights in this nasty room. This is way more than we normally pay for clean hotels. That is unbelievable! We had to leave in a hurry today, but alerted the front desk, asking them to clean the AC filter, which they did, but the ac unit was still full of dust. She acted like it a job for a maintenance person. The filter simply had to be pulled straight out of the front of the unit and vacuumed. My 8 year old could have done it! The light fixtures were about to fall off the wall. The faucet in the tub was about to come out of th wall.The toliet paper holder was broken and the toliet paper kept falling off into the floor. The main cabinet in the room was falling apart. We were afraid to even touch some of the stuff because we didn't want to break it. We couldn't get into the pool area with our keycards. The side door was broken and we couldn't use it to enter the building. The cleaning staff did not understand English. The person at the front desk wasn't there half of the time and when we did find them, they were hanging out with, what I can only assume, is their boyfriend. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in Hiltons almost every trip we take. This is by far the worst one we have ever stayed in.
