Also, NO LOUD NOISE. 4) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law. 5)The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in Welcome Packet. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too. If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to: - Low water level - Greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color - Or similar issues We will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition. 6)Pool heat is also optional for $150/night or $700/wk and not included in your reservation.
