About this house rental
Nestled in Narragansett Beach, this lovely house for $375 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The home is a well maintained, fully furnished, contemporary saltbox built in 2001. The first floor contains an open kitchen, dining area and living area with cathedral ceiling. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with queen bed and full bath, washer and dryer location and guest lavette. Off the living area is a sundeck and off the dining area a screened-in porch. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with one double bed and a full bath on the floor. The house has central air conditioning and each bedroom contains a ceiling fan. The property is minutes from area beaches, fifteen minutes from Newport, a half-hour from Providence and forty minutes from New London. The home is available weekly from June 1 through August 31. The house was great, exactly as described. It was clean and everything was in great condition. Not really walking distance to the beach, but it is close and easy to get to. A nice benefit was the quick walk to the coffee spot, ice cream shop and a few restaurants.

This house was perfect for our week's stay in Narragansett. The outside was quite attractive with much greenery and grass. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was VERY clean, bright and pretty inside. A particular attraction was the screened in porch off the kitchen. We enjoyed reading and relaxing out there in the afternoons and evenings. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable with an en-suite off the downstairs bedroom.
The owner was very responsive to any questions we had; both before we got there, and once we arrived. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the area too.
We highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning to it when we visit Narragansett again.

This is the third time we've stayed at this home for our summer vacation. The house is clean, spacious and perfectly located. Beaches and restaurants are only a short distance away. We will be coming back

Everything about our experience with Richard was terrific! The house is exactly as described in Vrbo. Very light, spacious and well equipped! it was very enjoyable to have coffee or a glass of wine sitting in the lovely screened in porch. (I was able to cut roses from Richard’s roses bushes which was a lovely touch as I put them throughout the house.) And very importantly Richard was very accessible when we had questions. We love Narragansett and Bonnet Shores and there was plenty of information about things to do in the area. There are lots of nice restaurants locally and Newport is just across the bridge. Actually 2 bridges. Also we flew up from Florida and the airport is very close by. If we are able to we may rent again next year!

A Wonderful stay in Narragansett
This well equipped property is sparkling clean and very well taken care of by the owner. The kitchen, living room and dining area are filled with light due to the open floor plan, sky lights and a wall of windows and sliding glass doors. The screened in porch off the kitchen was a delightful place to have our morning coffee and to entertain family and friends. The roomy master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and laundry area on the first floor were very convenient. The two good sized bedrooms and full bathroom on the second floor provided guests privacy. The owner, Richard was very responsive when we had questions about the air conditioning and the pass to the nearby beach. My husband and I truly enjoyed our two week stay at this lovely house and look forward to returning next year. The only challenge that was noted (by our guests) during our stay was in regards to lumpy mattresses on the beds on the second floor.

Lovely house
This is a lovely house on Bonnet Shores. It is clean and well stocked. It had everything, including items needed for the beach. It’s very big and airy. I hope the owner has plans to replace the mattresses. They are quite hard and will be a problem for older renters.

Great House, Central Location
Hi, my family stayed in this property for a week in August and had a great time. The house was the perfect size and located close to beaches (Narragansett and Scarborough) and restaurants. We had to arrive a day late due to a storm and Richard was very attentive and always answered my questions. He even offered us to come a day earlier. He was a great host. The house does need to be updated a bit and the upstairs mattresses do need to be replaced as they were not too comfortable. But besides that we had a great time and can't wait to come back to Narragansett. Thanks Richard!

Richard's property was very clean and welcoming when you walked in the door. My 9 month old granddaughter was with us and i had no worries with her crawling on the floor.
The home was perfectly located between Newport and Point Judith for beaches and restaurants. We can't wait to go back next year!

My wife and 2.5-year-old daughter gathered with my sister and her family of three, and my mother at this lovely VRBO. It was perfect for spending vacation time together, with a light and airy great room, a nice screened-in porch, a sunny and grassy backyard, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's also centrally located, with restaurants and ice cream very close by, and tons of attractions within a short drive. Richard, the owner, was incredibly responsive and very easy to communicate with.
Just one thing to note, if you want to walk to Kelly Beach from the house (and you'd need to walk, because there is no parking), it's well over a mile, because you'll need to go up to Route 1A and then back down Bonnet Point Road to get there. Not a big deal, since there a ton of amazing beaches with parking a short drive away.
Overall, highly recommended!

House was in very good condition. Home owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Brought extra propane when running low and went out of his way to get us beach passes. Highly recommend renting this property.

Nice Home in Bonnet Shores
Nicely appointed home in a lovely neighborhood. The house was very clean and bright and airy. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions. It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to a beautiful private beach that is not monitored until July 4th weekend. So we were able to use it during our stay.

Tucked away beach house
The house was built for family use and is nicely landscaped and well laid out. It is on a quiet residential street. The house has a very nice deck with gas grill and a great screened in porch. It rained for most of the week we were there so we didn't get to enjoy that as much as we would have liked.
The house has good space and Richard was a thoughtful host and responded promptly. The master bedroom would be more comfortable with a softer matress.

A completely relaxing vacation
An Modern home in Narragansett 15 minutes from Newport and close to beaches and ferries provided to perfect opportunity to relax and renew. A well-shaded screened room was perfect for reading, as the scent of honeysuckle wafted through the room. The owner was more than happy to make suggestions for dining, attractions, and local favorites. Perfect Setting
A perfect location to enjoy New England in the summer. Nearby are the beaches of Rhode Island and just
a few miles away is the great tourist area of Newport. Because of its location there are numerous restaurants, many beaches, and great sights to see. While each vacation is personal, my wife and I were able to enjoy each and everyday for an entire two week period. Each night the Rhode Island shore and the city of Newport have a different and high quality restaurant to go to. During the days we went to Martha's Vineyard, a Red Sox ball game, and a tennis tournament--not to mention Cape Judy and Watch Hill (where one of Taylor Swift's homes are).
The house itself is just great. It has quality wi-fi for Internet access, superb air conditioning (summers can get hot), and a spacious airy feeling. The owner, Richard, is very prompt to help in case of any problems!! There are very few places better than Bonnet Shores to spend a vacation in New England. By the way, I am going back again next year!!

This Bonnet Shores property is a delight! The open, airy feel of the living spaces paired with the secluded, private screen and outdoor porches made for a comfortable stay. This home provides all the amenities, and the location was perfect for accessing beaches or points of interest, while maintaining a neighborhood feel. Owner Richard was readily accessible to answer questions or provide help, while still allowing for total privacy. I enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend this rental property!

Beautiful home, great location & amenities
Just spent a week here with my family. Great location with easy access to beaches, restaurants, Newport , Narraganset & stores. Quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated open floor plan with all the comfort of home. Central air, new grill, screened in porch. I grew up in RI & love to return in the summer. This home was wonderful- will be back next year! Owner was very easy to work with & responsive.

Great Home Away From Home
We recently spent one week at this rental in Bonnet Shores. The house is very bright, clean with spacious rooms and has many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a short drive to Narragansett Town Beach. We also enjoyed our annual visit to Newport which is a short drive away. We had a minor issue although the owner was very responsive to resolving any issues. We would recommend this property and look forward to staying again next year.

A Wonderful House
Wonderful beach house; well kept and stocked and a nice open layout, especially the living room and screened porch. The owner was very helpful. Lovely house!
Had a wonderful week in this lovely, well equipped home. Had a minor issue and was very pleased to find the owner extremely responsive and resolved immediately. Really convenient to the beaches, restaurants, etc. comfortably furnished and very nice landscaping. Very quiet location, too. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would highly recommend.

A very outstanding and special property
My wife and I rented this wonderful property for a second time. The property is outstanding with quality construction and decorating. It is location in a very private setting yet very close to all attractions i the area. The owner is very professional and a pleasure to to know. We have rented several proprieties in the Narragansett/ Bonnet Shores area and believe this house represents trhe best quality and a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation !!

Lovely Vacation
My husband and I spent a very relaxing seven weeks in this beautiful house . As others have mentioned, it is in a very quiet neighborhood .The house itself lends itself to privacy and the fenced in yard is ideal for children or grandchildren The house itself is spacious ,bright and open,and we spent many quiet hours in the screened in sunroom reading and listening to the sounds of lovely birds and watching little rabbits scamper by. Perfect for entertaining, we were able to spend time with our family and friends who live in Rhode Island. Everyone was quite impressed by the house.Well equipped ,it was fun to have cookouts and take long walks on the beach. It is also walking distance to nearby stores and restaurants and a local church An ideal location, it is close to beautiful beaches ,Jamestown ,Newport, Block Island, and nearby Mystic Seaport. We do hope that we are able to stay again. By the way, central air conditioning is a great plus and the owners live very close by and are happy to solve any everyday issues that may occur.

Wondeful house!
We recently spent two weeks at this rental in Bonnet Shores. The house is very bright, open and clean and has all the amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and we went for long walks each day. Many beaches, restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. The house is in a great location for day trips also. We took a day trip to New York City, Boston and Block Island. It is also a very quick drive to Newport. We had a minor issue and the owner was very responsive. We would recommend this property and look forward to staying again soon.
