Located in Narragansett Beach, this attractive house for $433 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Please note that the town of Narragansett does not allow a rental to more than 3 unrelated people. By reserving the property, you are confirming that you are following this law. Fabulous simple beach house with all the amenities. On dead-end street with big yard, deck, patio, OUTDOOR SHOWER. The house is only 14 years old so everything is new and clean. The upstairs (2 BR, 1 bonus room, 1 bath) was just completed in August of 2019 and has central air conditioning! Relax on the deck or patio after a day at the beach. Very large bedroom with large closet on first floor. Other first floor bedroom has twin beds. Full bathroom on each floor. Upstairs completely new - first used in July of 2020. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, blender, you name it) with separate eating area that opens to deck and patio. Close to town and state beaches, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. Minutes from Block Island Ferry, 25 minutes to Newport. Please note that sheets and towels are not included, but linen service is available for an extra charge ($125) - please notify in advance so arrangements can be made with the housekeeper.

The location is great. Upgrading a very low and uncomfortable sofa would greatly improve the comfort of the living room. One of the guests hurt himself when a kitchen chair collapsed on him. And other one also broke. He is not an overly big man. We like to cook and the cookware and bakeware were well worn. There was only one larger bowl. The bathrooms were nicely done and the decor was lovely.

First Suzie is a good communicator which is essential to a good vacation rental experience. The house was as advertised. The house was clean. The linens were good. For us, the location was good. We could walk into town. Good parking. Check in and check out was very easy.

Plenty of rooms, lovely back yard setting for conversation or meditation, easy walk to the sea wall and beach, near Crazy Burger and coffee, perfect outdoor shower, efficient kitchen for all needs. Thank you for great memories.

We enjoyed our stay. House is nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walkable distance to the shoreline and beach. Need to bring your own towel and linen, shampoo and etc. which is listed in welcome email and online.

Me and my family had an amazing time. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We had a large group and was able to sit comfortably while watching a movie, playing games and eating. The beach is right down the road with lots of places to explore. Suzie was the nicest, kindest, gracious host.

9 of us stayed at this home, and it was perfect. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and talking and the location was perfect for taking walks to the beach, to get ice cream or coffee. Check in was super easy and Karen was a great resource when checking in.

Five of us got together for a long weekend just to enjoy each others company. House was fabulous and just what we needed. Susan was very friendly and accommodating, answered all of our questions immediately, and did everything she could to make our stay great. We had a fantastic time.

We are a group of seven women & this house worked out great for us ! Kitchen set up had everything we needed, The Big table on the outdoor patio was great , beds very comfortable & love that there are two rooms w twin beds , enough room for all ! Weather was not cooperative so the ferry to Block Isl was out , but we are already talking about going back next year. Great spot !

It was exactly what we needed! We were here for our daughters graduation from URI. We had extended family with us and we all fit with plenty of space. The dogs were welcome, and there was no dog smell that some dog friendly rentals have!!! We were within walking distance of the trails so I could take them for exercise every morning!! We have been visiting here a few times a year for the past 5 years and we have always done hotels or motels, I would come back to this house again!!! Everything was perfect! Thank you.

This 5 bedroom property was just what we needed. We were all attending a wedding that week. It is listed as a 3 bathroom but there are only 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The bathrooms are nice and we were able to all get ready for all the events with no issues. We walked to the beach every day.

My family and I were in town for my sister's wedding, 7 adults and a toddler. This house was perfect; very clean and very comfortable. The outdoor area was a great addition that we were also able to enjoy. Communicatin during booking was tip notch. Susie was so easy to chat with and so accommodating. Thank you!

We had a great stay on Blossom Way! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is clean and updated, and the back yard seating areas are lovely - much nicer than the photos on line.

Delightful house with great patio! Everything just perfect! We drove to the two nearby state beaches and then could come home to a nice yard where by 2 1/2 year old could run around while we relaxed. All the facilities were great and the tips for places to eat in the area where great. Definitely a return is in the works!

This was our second time staying at this home. The location is unbeatable and the house is really perfect for a beach getaway. You are near the center of town and a short drive to all beaches. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped. The newer upstairs rooms are light and airy with plenty of sleeping space for several family members. Communication with Suzie was so easy and she is very thorough with her instructions and recommendations for places to visit in the area! We would definitely love to visit again.

Suzie's house was the perfect spot to host a Bachelorette party for 9 women! The house was HUGE and the pictures did not do the upstairs space justice; the bathroom was spectacular and spacious areas (no one was on top of each other). The downstairs (kitchen/living space) was relaxing and comfortable. The outside patio was probably the best part for hosting. Awesome house, host and location!

The location and accommodations suited our needs perfectly. We were a close distance to the bride and groom and to the wedding venue at the town beach. There were eateries closeby and it’s just a short walk on level ground to the beach.

This house is even nicer than it appears in the listing. Very clean, plenty of space for our group of 8, great location on a quiet street, walkable to the ocean and restaurants and shops, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The entire second floor of the house and the backyard patio are all newly renovated and VERY nice. Communication from the owner was timely, clear, and helpful. We had a perfect stay in beautiful Narragansett.

Rented this property for a family get together for my mother's 60th birthday. We had a lovely time, with the downstairs being a really charming living and eating area, and sleeping space enough for 5 people and a large dog with plenty extra to spare. With the location we were able to walk to the Narragansett waterfront for beautiful walks with the dog and easy access to great restaurants. For a weekend family get together, I can't have asked for better

This is a well cared for home. Mattresses were very comfortable good mattresses. Owner was very helpful and nice. Teens enjoyed the games and puzzles provided for quiet time when we were not out exploring the area. There were a good choice of restaurants near by at several different price points which was nice.
