About this house rental
This is a wonderful beach house with plenty of room for everyone in your group. Four queen size beds, 2 twin beds, five bedrooms, two and a half baths. Great for family vacations, weekend getaways, or golf getaways. Close to restaurants, golf courses, beaches, Block Island Ferry, and Newport. Hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower, deck overlooking beautiful fenced in yard, plenty of off-road parking, and central air.

My family and a friend enjoyed our stay at your home. There was plenty of room for all of us, plus the family dog. The kitchen area was a little tight for us, since we do quite a bit of cooking when we return from our days at the beach. Sometimes the 8 mile ride to beach took more than 20 minutes, considering all the traffic. The back yard had plenty of room for tossing a baseball, which my grandson loved. The kids also enjoyed the downstairs rooms, which gave them the privacy they want. The house was clean with plenty of dishes and cookware. However, we were surprised to find a Keurig coffee maker. All in all, everything was great and we would rent this property again.

House was clean, we loved being able to bring our little dog and the neighborhood is perfect for early morning walks. Kelly beach is perfect and easy for the kids to walk to. The outdoor shower was wonderful. A suggestion, some outdoor games for the kids would be nice, but we’ll probably bring our own next time just to be safe :)

Great Location to beach and access. House had great Kitchen and cooking pans and utensils and plenty of plates and glasses etc. Nice Weber grill and all bedrooms had light darkening shades and bathrooms had night lights. Full sized washer and dryer in separate laundry room. Garage made it easy to store our bikes and golf clubs overnight.
