Enjoy lovely walks along Bonnet Point, Little and Kelly Beaches. Bonnet shores is located five minutes from Narragansett Pier, just a 15 minute ride to Newport. Ferry's are located just ten minutes north or south of Bonnet and can take you to either Martha's vineyard or Block Island. Our home is a great 5 bedroom, raised ranch. Fully furnished dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, You Tube TV, Wifi. Central Air and Outdoor Shower. Deck with table and chairs, patio, good size yard with horseshoe pits! Available for weekly or monthly rental for June, July and August. Two bedrooms on lower level, full bath and sitting room. 3 bedrooms on top floor with full bath, kitchen, dining area and family room. 1 mile from Kelly beach (private beach for Bonnet Shores). Free weekend bus service to Kelly Beach picks you up right at corner of street. Easy access to Narragansett beach. Great summer vacation. Book early to ensure availability. Summer Rental Rate: $2200/wk non holiday (includes taxes already.). 4th of July week: $2600/wk Academic year rental available as well. The house is exactly what it says. Nice rasied ranch with 5 bedrooms. It was clean, spacious with a big back yard. Lynn got back to me quickly with any questions.

Very relaxing place! Quiet neighborhood! (With acception of the road behind the house) Very clean inside the house, and on the property. The 3 Upstairs bedrooms had air conditioning, but the 2 downstairs did not so it was a little hot downstairs, but not bad! Short drive to town and beaches!

This home was so perfect for me and my grandchildren all over 18. We each had our own rooms and it was very spacious with the cathedral ceilings in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. There was seating for 6, a deck with seating for 4 and a dining table in the yard for 6 people. The 5 bedrooms 3 full size beds and two queen bedrooms were perfect for 6 adults. Two full baths one on each level. Big back yard with yard games. Perfect location about 15 minutes to everything you want to do in Rhode Island. We will return to this wonderful home. Thank you Lynn and Kevin it was a delight to rent from you.

We rented this house from Lynn and Kevin for two weeks. It was a great location to get to various beaches, restaurants, Newport, Block Island, etc. The hosts were accessible and the house was perfect for my family. We are looking forward to renting again next year!

This is a wonderful home to rent for your family and friends. There is plenty of space and bedrooms for all, plus two full bathrooms.

Due to a VRBO booking error our property was not available at listing check-in time which caused a few hour delay. The owner Lynn was easily reachable and responds quickly. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly people. The home has 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces/den, the double beds are not so comfortable and there is only AC window units in 3 bedrooms. It's a bit warm at times but we managed. The home is appropriately priced with decent kitchen amenities. The yard is nice with a gas grill and fire pit, it is not completely fenced in and there is no volleyball net. We enjoyed the private beach and explored many other areas including Narragansett town beach, Scarborough beach, Charlestown beach, Newport, Foxwoods and Mystic Aquarium! Overall a beautiful area with lots to do.

Great house with tons of space. The 2 full bathrooms, large fenced in yard, full size washer/dryer and stocked kitchen were perfect for our 2 month stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the location is easy access to everything. No parking at Kelly beach was a little inconvenient but having a private beach that was absolutely gorgeous made up for it. The owners Lynn and Kevin were terrific. Thanks for a great summer!

House was great. Totally remodeled and perfect for our family. No central air but upstairs bedrooms had ac units. Plenty of fans for downstairs bedrooms. Upstairs living area was a bit toasty during the day but temps were in the 90's and we were at the beach anyway. Would definitely stay there again.
