Nestled in Matunuck, this charming house for $384 per night is a great option for your next break. Escape to this beach cottage for relaxation and fun in the sun! At this location, you will find yourself on your own private little getaway yet in the center of it all with lots to do for all ages. Within a 1/3 mile your will find not only the beach but a grocery store, surf shops, an ice cream parlor, and pizza place. Just beyond that you will find the surfers beach and extremely popular beach front bars/restaurants for those of age. Housing Amenities include very large well stocked kitchen, spacious living room with flat screen TV, sun/morning room, play area for kids, large bedrooms and bathrooms, on site laundry, and large private yard. In addition bed linens, blankets, and pillows are provided. Local attractions include Block Island, Charlestown, Newport, Point Judith, and for those who feel lucky the Casino’s are within a short drive.

House was great , good size . Problem with upstairs bathroom sink draining very slowly. Reached out to manager and heard absolutely nothing back. Communication very poor . Other than that, enjoyed our stay, kitchen well equipped and 2 out of the 3 beds we’re comfortable

We had a wonderful time in Matunuck. The house was great and is close to the beach, the farm, the store, and ice cream! The outdoor shower and the front porch are great aspects of this house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, it was everything we needed.

Beautiful house with large kitchen, nicely equipped. Lots of space with 1 master bedroom and bath down stairs and 2 large bedrooms and a bath upstairs. We were provided with an abundance of bath towels on both floors. Nice neighborhood among some corn fields and just a short walk to the local grocery store and ice cream shop. The only drawback was all the seaweed on the beach with the free pass and also seaweed n the water. We really couldn't swim so we ended up going to one of the state Park beaches, which were
15 minutes away and had a parking fee.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We found it clean and comfortable and having everything we needed for our family vacation. Communications with the owner were friendly and very accommodating. The home is on a quiet street surrounded by trees, so you can enjoy a peaceful morning on the porch before heading to the activity of the beach or one of the restaurants in the main part of town. Our teens especially loved the basement hang-out with the pool table. We would definitely stay here again!

We were there for my niece's wedding. The location was great and easy to get to all the venues. The house was large enough that the each couple had their own floor. Would definitely recommend to others

Our adult children joined us for Memorial Day beach weekend and this property was perfect. Spacious, immaculate, cozy, well equipped and beautiful. Yard was lovely, too. Great location with pass to town beach and parking. Fantastic restaurants and shops easily accessible. Communication and check in were very easy and owner was kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend at this house this past weekend for my daughter’s graduation from URI! The house is beautiful, has plenty of space, and a very well stocked kitchen. I only wish that we were there longer to enjoy the property even more. It is in the perfect location for restaurants, shops, and beaches. Thank you for hosting us and next time will be for a longer stay!

My family (all adults over 45) loved this property. We used the fire pit every evening and walked to the beach every morning. There was plenty of space for us all. We hosted some extended family and everyone raved about the property. You can't go wrong!

As other's have already shared, Aaron's property is truly a gem. It's a short walk from the beach (and delicious ice cream place!) in Matunuck. It's perfectly set up for a family vacation and the lovely yard on a quiet dead end street was a great bonus for our kids to play in. highly recommend!

Once again, we enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy and well stocked. We love how close it is to the beach and the grocery store, which is a little gem when you run out of groceries.

My family had an amazing time at this lovely, well-appointed beach house. It was spacious enough for 7 of us and my kids loved the large yard and pool table in the basement. We enjoyed morning coffee on the covered porch and short walks to Carpenter's Farm Stand. We would love to come back here again soon!

Great Matunuck Location-
The description and reviews of this property are accurate-it is clean with a well appointed kitchen and ample towels. The porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee. Thank goodness for those ceiling fans- it was very hot the week we were there! We love the walkable Matunuck community with nearby store, ice cream shop, vegetable stand and-for those interested- bars. The owner provided clear instructions with house rules and checking in and out was seamless. My 5 star review is given reluctantly only because others will see it and it will be harder to book! This is a great place in a wonderful beachside community.

House was great, exceptionally clean, everything you needed. We enjoyed the porch for having our coffee in the morning. Great area close to Narragansett, Point Judith, Newport and the Block Island ferry. Close to the beach, which wasn't crowded during the week. Would book again.
