Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath custom home located on the Jay Moorish designed public golf course with stellar views of Mt. Sopris from the patio or floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. Open floor plan and inviting mountain eclectic decor create a comfortable atmosphere for entertaining or just relaxing. Main floor master suite with full bath, dual vanities, whirlpool bath and steam shower. High end finishes include granite countertops, cherry cabinets and oak and travertine floors. Another bedroom suite on the main floor with personal bathroom . Upstairs is another second master suite with full bath, dual vanities, bath and shower. Basement is just the space to relax and watch TV or play some pool. 2 additional rooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 sets of sturdy wooden bunk beds with larger full size beds on the bottom for more room. The kitchen also provides Sub-zero, Viking, Wolf and Bosch appliances. This home has it all. River Valley Ranch has 5 miles of hiking/biking trails and is walking distance to Carbondale, which offers a variety of restaurants, shops and events. What a fun home, well located in Carbondale with plenty of room and a gorgeous view of mount Sopris! There is plenty of space in the home to spread out and relax in peace as well as gathering together in the kitchen, dining room and by the beautiful living room fireplace. Every afternoon the deer wander by for their evening meal. And wow this house has a well stocked kitchen! Our family of 5 enjoyed our holiday in Carbondale and hope to return!

This home has everything to offer a family that would like a relaxing comfortable vacation home. The home is very spacious and the views of Mnt Sopris are magical. Everything that you could wish for is available in the kitchen, the rooms are comfortable and the living room perfect for just taking in the beauty. Our family will remember this thanksgiving as one of the best.

We were in town for a family reunion. We had all our adult children staying with us as well as a couple significant others. The home is beautiful, in a great location for our purposes and the setting is amazing. We drove into town early that morning. My sister in law lives in there, so we met at their home and went to the grocery store to prepare for our family event. We were advised we could check in at 4:00 PM but stopped by to see if we could put our groceries in the refrigerator. The owner was at the home helping to prepare it for our arrival. He was very gracious offering to give us a tour and allowing us to bring in our groceries. We also had a problem with a beeping that we couldn't figure out, but the property manager called the next morning and came right over to address it. The one issue we had was that although the home is large and beautiful, it is very full. There is furniture and accessories in every space. The kitchen has everything you might need, but the drawers and cabinets were so full it was hard to find things. The pantry was full. The counters had a lot on them. There was no where for us to put our things. While there are great things about this property, it was difficult to manage due to the lack of available space.

This was a wonderful house with good views of Mount Sopris and it was better stocked than any VRBO house I have rented. Bravo to the owners! The only complaint any of the guests had was the bed in the downstairs bedroom has a poor mattress. Otherwise I give it five stars.

We utilized this home to celebrate being together as a family post pandemic and factored in that the cost represented two years of budget - and it was an awesome property. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen with plenty of room and equipment. The dinning room and living room were open to the kitchen and allowed for the off duty cooks to engage with the team that was cooking. Can’t say enough about the view of Mt Sopris - from the patio table, loungers, or sofa we enjoyed gazing upon its majesty. The home also accommodated our senior mom on the main level and the kids in the downstairs bunk room. This also gave them room to romp in the second living area and supervised adult presence with a separate bedroom suite for a set of parents. The upstairs bedroom suite had a sitting area that allowed for secluded school / work time as needed. The main level master bedroom was flat out amazing - fireplace, sitting area, super closet, and fantastic bathroom.

An amazing house in a beautiful country/golf/mountain community. This house was perfect for our specific event needs. We had a large group (12 ) and we hosted a couple of functions where we had 24 or more. Between the large kitchen living room and patio areas it never felt crowded and always had the feeling of a warm, inviting home. The kitchen is amazing! Stocked with all the tools any traveling chef could want, there is no limit to what could be prepared here. Everything was perfect. The property mgmt company was great too - very helpful, but hands-off.

Spent over a week with my sister and brother. It was his 60 birthday. Fantastic house and furnished perfectly. A great location for day trips to all the national parks around the area .

All five bedrooms are separate and each with its own bath. Two incredible master suites, each with jetted tubs and large walk in showers. One with a steam generator. Extra large kitchen with top of the line appliances and extremely well equipped also with two dishwashers . Large back terrace with a very high end built in grill and outdoor fireplace with great views of Mt. Sopris. Large separate family and tv room with a pool table on the lower level.This is the best rental yet! Ester C.
