This tastefully remodeled home will make you feel like you’re at your own private resort the moment you walk through the front door with the sight-line through to the gorgeous back yard. Watch the game of the day on the 75” big screen in the living room. Fix up a snack or a complete gourmet dinner at the massive island that seats six. Step through the 13’ sliders to the travertine patio and Pebble Tec pool area. Watch the game on the patio big screen (50”) while enjoying the AZ sunshine in the heated pool or just enjoy your favorite adult beverage while lounging by the cascading waterfall. It's all very private with no two story homes looking into the back yard. Take a short Uber ride to the Peoria Sports Complex and catch your favorite Cactus League team or venture out a little further to any of the other 9 ball parks in the valley of the sun. The Tangers Outlet Mall at Westgate is only 15 minutes away. The State Farm Stadium (where the AZ Cardinals play) and the Gila River Arena is also located at the Westgate Entertainment District and is packed with great restaurants and shopping. We stayed here for a week in November with our 4 and 6 year old kids and had such a wonderful time. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and is about a 20-40 min drive to most of the kid-friendly attractions we visited (which we knew when we booked and we were content with). Since it was just the 4 of us, the kids each had their own room, and we used the office as a play space for the toys we brought. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything you could need, and the main bedroom was also very nice, although the bed was so high off the ground I almost needed a step stool to get into it. (There actually was a step stool but we used it for the kids bathroom). If you are travelling with a baby, the walk-in closet was HUGE and would be a perfect baby room as there are no windows. There was even a high chair stored in there for those needing one. The pool... where to even start! Part of the reason we chose this house was because it had a heated pool. Our 4 year old gets cold very easily in pools and so having one with heat was essential. This pool was unique in that it had the deepest section in the middle with it shallow at each end. My kids loved this, and although we brought our own inflatables, there were a number of fun options there already. We had such a fun, relaxing week and I would highly recommend this house. If we find ourselves back in Phoenix, we would certainly rent here again.

Had a lovely 2 week stay at the property. Outside space was great and we particularly enjoyed the pool. House is well appointed and Chris was a good host, available when required. The property is situated in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of amenities close by. We would stay in this property again.

We were in the area to visit family and appreciated having our own home nearby. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to marketing and shopping and across from the entrance to a local golf course. We spent most of our time at the house in the pool area. As we had some older adults with us, we also appreciated the comfortable outside seating, the water feature, and the generous size umbrellas and covered porch that provided protection from the sun. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, utensils, and equipment to cook with although we did not use them. The house was clean, attractive, and well maintained, and the owner was responsive to text messages throughout our stay. We will rent this home again when we are in the Phoenix/Glendale area. We really enjoyed our stay in Glendale. This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed going for walks daily and going to 3 spring training baseball games in the area. We also took advantage of the wonderful hiking trails in the Thunderbird Conservancy only 3 miles away. The owner Chris is very responsive and prompt addressing any concerns that may come up during your stay. We hope to visit again in the future.

This is our second year in a row staying at this Glendale home with heated pool. Clean, spacious, 4 bedrooms for large groups. Close to shopping and other attractions in northwest Phoenix area. Large kitchen with kitchen island where most guests hang out. Nicely appointed back yard with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Pool heated, clean and deep in the middle. Master bedroom roomy with nicely enclosed shower in master bathroom and plenty of storage in master closet. Close to Legends of Arrowhead golf course and driving range.
We would certainly return each year for a winter's break.

We spent three weeks at this wonderful home! Very spacious and nicely updated with a fully stocked kitchen. It was the most well stocked house we’ve ever rented, including thoughtful extras left by Chris, who is a very responsive host. He also gave us several great restaurant recommendations as we had requested some having never been to the area before. He also sends very helpful videos of the property prior to arrival.
The backyard was so peaceful with the water feature and multiple seating areas and comfortable furniture. And a nice pool that is regularly maintained.
The safe and quiet neighborhood was wonderful for daily walks by the lakes where a variety of birds can be viewed and the occasional bunnies and quail roaming the neighborhood.
And as someone with a disability I hope these comments can also help future guests with physical limitations. This house was also wonderful in that it has zero stairs to navigate and an easy walk-in shower in the primary bathroom (I recommend adding a grab bar in that shower). The neighborhood is wonderful to walk in with actual sidewalks, designated community walking paths and no hills to navigate.
We would not hesitate to rent this property again. Chris, thanks again for your hospitality!

We had an outstanding experience staying at the property in Glendale. Chris allowed us to check in a couple hours early because our flight got in very early and when we arrived the place was immaculate. We had a few questions at the start and he was quick to respond and very personable. Really made us feel at home.
The pool is gorgeous and the beds are comfortable! The kitchen is large and fully stocked, the best we’ve experienced with VRBO. We definitely recommend this property to others and when our travels take us back to Arizona we will look to book this place again!

From the initial contact Chris was a very responsive host. Chris offers his guests the perfect property to relax and enjoy all the amenities. An amazing outdoor area and pool. As it was September we enjoyed many days just relaxing and swimming.
Property is easy to access and proximity to shops an added plus.
The house comes equipped with all you could want, plenty of kitchen ware, towels and those extra items sometimes not supplied.
All 5 adults comfortably fitted within the home and being able to prepare meals and eat outside was a bonus.

We were in AZ to drop our 2 sons to college at GCU. One moved in Friday, one moved in Monday, so we had a nice long weekend. This home was a great place for us to gather, swim, relax, and have meals together.
Our favorite part of the home is the wall of windows between the Great Room and the back porch/pool - makes the home airy and bright. We loved the ample seating at the pool including the outdoor dining table. We used the grill 2x and it worked great.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for making basic meals. Nice large serving bowls, every utensil, pots/pans, basic spices, plenty of plates/bowls/silverware.
Everything worked as it should - showers, faucets, door keypad, back slider locks, dishwasher, washing machine. Zero hiccups. The home is clean with zero clutter. All white linens/towels/robes make for easy laundry on check out day.

This is by far the best VRBO property we have stayed at. The videos sent by email, before our arrival, were excellent and extremely helpful. The house was immaculate and the pool and patio area were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet, which was great for trying to sleep. This Glendale location is the right spot to go anywhere you need to in the surrounding areas. Chris is a superb owner and pays attention to every little detail and we will definitely be staying at this property again.

The house is spacious and incredibly well stocked. There are plentiful towels, detergent to wash, coffee, spices, hand soap, cleaning products, etc. It was a pleasant surprise not to have to purchase every little thing to enjoy the home. The pool area is truly a small resort, so well designed and beautiful. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages. Overall a great experience and deserving of a perfect rating.

What a beautiful house. Everyone felt like we were at a resort! Everything is the house was top of the line. Chris was very responsive and even suggested a couple restaurants for us. The house is located close to the new casino and WestGate shopping and entertainment area. Chris thank you for everything !
