My family stayed here for my son’s graduation from UNCW. Location was perfect. The house was spacious, charming and clean. Brian was super easy to work with and communication was great. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay for our family while going to a wedding at Baker 105! The outdoor area was a perfect place to sit and enjoy after the wedding. The weather was perfect, the fire pit was beautiful and the lighting made it all magical!

This was a wonderful experience for us and my son, his wife and their 2 & 4 year olds. We were in town for a wedding, which was hosted at the atrium on 2nd Street We were close to everything we needed and had the opportunity to walk around and enjoy the architecture of Wilmington. I can’t say enough about the spaciousness of this house, and the ability for it to sleep eight between the four rooms. The communication with the owner was more than could be expected. He was able to let us check in early and check out later. We used the laundry and had everything we needed. The house is 4 blocks from Front street and the river that has a walking path to enjoy the sites. Don’t forget to take a tour of the North Carolina Battleship. The horse drawn trolly comes right past the home. Do not hesitate to book this for a Wilmington vacation or event.

We had an absolutely fantastic time, and the house's location is ideal for easy access to downtown Wilmington. Brian, our host, was exceptional. The house itself is charming, and the fact that every guest had their own bathroom made it perfect, especially when getting ready for a wedding. I would undoubtedly rate our stay as a 5-star experience.

Wonderful home. Close to everything. could walk to a lot of interesting sites. Brian was wonderful to work with. He checked on us right away to see if we needed anything. Very fast response. will definitely stay here again. Everything was just fabulous. Home had everything you could want for.

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect host! We had a wonderful time in this house. The host has thought of just about everything. The only items missing were espresso cups. :-) And we only knew that because the kitchen had every single appliance anyone could need or want including an espresso maker. The rear patio was ideal, and we spent a lot of time out there. The location was also ideal. The house is in the Historic District and the surrounding homes are beautiful. Many great restaurants and the Cape Fear River were within easy walking distance. We would definitely like to return.

We were there for a wedding at the Bakery 105 and although some of our crowd took Uber it was a easy walk. We did a lot of walking downtown each day

Great location! I rented this for our adult family who was flying and driving in for my youngest son's wedding. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was awesome, and we discovered an additional bedroom off the kitchen that's not even advertised in the listing. My mom broke her toe a couple days before the trip so discovering this bedroom on the first floor was fantastic where she didn't need to climb stairs! It was a 5-10 minute walk to all the food, bars, and entertainment. The wedding was held at Station No. 2, which was a 3 min. drive. Enough room for everyone to spread out, a kitchen equipped with just about everthing you could possibly need (with newer appliances), and the courtyard was so relaxing. Can't say enough good things! Thank you, Brian, for the seemless communication.

We had plenty of room to spread out with our family. Brian was great. So kind and easy going. Kitchen is well stocked as well as bathrooms etc. Convenient to everything downtown. Simple and easy walk.

I can not recommend this property rental enough! First of all Brian is extremely attentive as well as accommodating! He even checked to see if we needed anything the day after check in! The house HUGE and every bed is soooo comfortable! The historic nature of this home is mystical and magical at the same time. We enjoyed the backyard oasis as well! Lastly, if you plan to explore all that downtown Wilmington offers, you can't get a much better place. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and then some! This place gets a million stars from me and my family! We will definitely be back. Thanks again Brian. We all greatly appreciate the experience we had with you!

The pictures on the listing don’t do the house justice, but with all the 5 star reviews we booked anyway. So glad we did. We travel with our 45 lb mutt and there are so many places that limit dogs to less than 20 lbs. He has never done anything to a properly, but he limits our choices. I was so glad to find this place. You cannot beat the location. You are 2 blocks from so many restaurants and the water front. The area is safe to walk and lovely with all the historic homes. We could sit in the fully enclosed courtyard and not worry about the dog. The house had everything you’d need. We usually bring kitchen items, because you never know what they’ll have. We didn’t need to here. Brian was wonderful to deal with and we enjoyed our stay so much, we already booked for next year.

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved the house! The location is perfect and in walking distance to everything downtown. There was plenty of space for everyone and the historic details of the home were really nice. The owner was great about checking in and out and even checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. If we ever come back to Wilmington, we will definitely stay here again!

Our group had a fantastic time in Wilmington! We were there to attend a family friend's wedding and it was wonderful to be able to walk to everything. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy and Brian was an excellent host.
