This place was everything we were hoping it to be. Very clean and bright and fit the needs of 5 adults. It is only a few steps to the beach and very convenient to many restaurants and shops. The view from the decks was beautiful. Would definitely go back!

Very nice house with great location steps from beach access. Gorgeous views from living area and master bedroom. You can hear the waves! The kitchen is very basic (no tea kettle, only very basic utensils) and come prepared as it wasn't stocked with things like a sponge or soap. The upstairs main bedroom toilet was in need of repair and unfortunately wasn't fixed by the time we left. Overall very nice.

The house is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and several stores. And the view can't be beat! All of the furniture and decor is comfortable and cozy with a beachy vibe. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite with the master having its own balcony. The only reason I didnt give a 5 for cleanliness is because some of the appliances and kitchen pots/pans could use an update. They worked perfectly fine but they are a little older. Otherwise, the place was spotless and we would definitively rent this house again!

House was fairly clean. We had trouble with all the faucets- they were a mystery. We never took showers - either there was no water coming out or the tub/shower we iffy looking. The beds were clean and comfortable(loved the way the sheets and towels came). We enjoyed the decks!!!

The location was by far the best part of this rental. The unit needs some maintenance, updates and a deep cleaning. The kitchen had the bare minimum of dishes to get by. There were some gaps in what was supplied. Overall it was okay, but I doubt that we would stay here again.

The house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks and being right on the beach. The house could use some updates and maintenance (no screen on slider, sliders hard to open, ripped screens on windows) but those issues do not take away from your ability to have a nice vacation. Great location and just as described. Our screen door to the balcony didn't work- the wheels were rusted and we were told it had to be sent out to be repaired. The screen in the master bedroom was torn- only 1 things that needed repairs. Great location and great rental company.

Great location, enjoyed walking around town and the shopping. House had a nice layout that worked for us. It was nice to have a garage to keep beach stuff in. Close by coffee shop was great for breakfast. The sea food market just over the bridge was great for suppers when we ate in.

Property was run down and the floors were extremely dirty. They had not been mopped and there were no mops to use. Dead cockroaches found in all rooms. Outside deck was not usable at nights due to the amount of roaches and palmetto bugs. No kitchen towels to dry dishes- we had to purchase. Using towels for an entire week was not ideal, had to wash with 0 detergent on-site. Downstairs room smelled of mold. Great location, easy to walk around to things.

Location, location, location
We truly loved our time at Wrightsville Beach. The house’s location could not be more perfect. Watching the sunrise each morning while laying in bed was bliss.
Only thing I would note is the amount and steepness of the stairs. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time for my elderly mom but she did great and enjoyed our stay.
The house was clean and well supplied if a tad dated in a few areas. I never rent the same place twice but I’d stay here again anytime!!!!!

Beach lovers
Overall, this property needs a lot of TLC. The screens are ripped in several windows. The master bathroom shower is so clogged I’m not sure it’ll ever be cleared. We killed 4 cockroaches on the main floor in the kitchen/living room area. It has a very moldy smell when you walk in. We stayed in this same home 3 years ago. It needed some attention back then and I can assure you NOTHING has been done to keep this home up & maintained. This was a very last minute decision to book. We love the location which is why we went here a 2nd time. We probably won’t stay at this property again.

Beautiful spot! The house was clean and check in was easy. The house would be 5 stars if they had more supplies. There were only a few trash bags and we ran out of toilet paper. But you can’t beat the location!

Between the roaches everywhere and all of the maintenance items that should not require a call to the management company to fix. It’s as if the place isn’t regularly inspected. Broken hooks on the back of doors, shower door that doesn’t slide correctly, dirt and hair in the tub, sink that doesn’t drain, rusted shelves in the freezer, and I can go on and on. I showed up late to having no parking available and when I contacted the management company they responded the next day saying if it doesn’t work itself out let me know. That seemed really attentive doesn’t it. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.

Disappointed
My stay started with a not so happy experience as it related to the one sided agreement you were forced to sign within 24 hours of booking and if you didn’t they threatened cancelIng your reservation with no refund. So read the fine print and make sure you have time within 24 hours of your booking to follow up with the multiple emails and contacts that the listing agent hounds you with.
I realize the agreement is available to see in advance, but the one-sidedness of this Agreement is extreme compared to multiple other management companies I have rented from.
Next I arrived around midnight to have all of the parking spots that were reserved for the unit filled and I had to park in public parking and trek all of my belongings over to the property. So that wasn’t the best first impression. Bryant Realty’s response the next day was if it’s not resolved on its own by the end of the day, please let them know.
In the home itself there’s a myriad of things that simply were not up to par for the price. Things like no extras, nothing special, wide-angle photos that make all of the rooms look much bigger online than what they are in person, hair in the tub, a sink that didn’t drain, televisions too small for the space in a couple of rooms, rusted shelving in the freezer, rusted outdoor furniture, and more. Worst of all, we’re the roaches all over the place. Some dead and some alive.
There was a review back in May 2018 that led me to believe that the owners updated the unit, but it looks like even though Bryant Realty said that the owners were planning on updating things, evidently they haven’t gotten to it in the last year and a half.
The only thing that is wonderful about this unit is the view and the location on Wrightsville Beach, but in spite of that I would never rent this unit again and I certainly wouldn’t work with Bryant Realty when I need a rental in the future.
I’m sure they are going to make a comment that says I should’ve reached out to them with all of these issues but the list was so darn long and I was only there for a few days I didn’t want to spend my time dealing with cleaners and repairs during the little time I was there.
I go to Wrightsville Beach once a year, and this experience is a major thumbs down.
I’m not sure I will ever rent a home again based on how much money I feel I have thrown away.

Can’t beat the location of this property but the outside is in need of some TLC. There is no pool table just a ping pong table in a very musty smelling room . No real outdoor shower and just some minor interior items that require attention which we didn’t report but overall very clean house that is mostly treated as a rental but then again the price reflects this since it is oceanfront and in the center of town and it is priced much lower than other oceanfront properties .

The house location was great. There was not a place to wash your feet after coming off the beach that was convenient. You either had to walk outside through a thick area of grass, weeds and bugs or go inside and around the back. Neither ideal situations to wash sand off your feet! The beds were extremely hard - being a mattress topper with you. We used the linens provided and won’t do that again. Only one towel was provided per person and their sheets were hard - go to Target and buy some nice sheets for $30 which would go a long way making customers happy!! The kitchen was super small, cramped and outdated. The living room could benefit from a 2nd couch (or a larger couch).

The property is in a great location if you are looking for convenience and oceanfront views. The property is very convenient to the town of Wrightsville, grocery, restaurants, bars and beach access just outside the back deck. We didn’t have a car the whole trip, only bicycles, and it worked out great. The property shows some signs of wear & tear but we were expecting that from previous reviews that we saw before reserving the place. Highly recommended if you want convenience, great access to the beach & wonderful views. We saw full moons, lightning, sunrises, and even a rainbow over the ocean. Bryant was great and really proactive to make sure all was good. We Would go back & stay here again.

Overall the stay at Stephens property (A of the Duplex ) was fine. A great location and clean. We had a nice visit but next time we'd rent the B side of this Duplex. NO comparison in upkeep of the two places. It literally looks like A is before and B is the after. B is taken care of from outside in.Poor A side looks neglected in so many really needs some TLC needs wood repairs and a paint job outside,the front porch railing and trim are peeling and in poor condition. The stairs rugs on all levels are in very poor condition, new rugs would make a great improvement.If this where my place I'd also update the bathrooms and Kitchen. Plus Be aware also that the steps in this place are very steep and very narrow. I swear they can't be up to code you must hold the railing because they are dangerous. But with all this being said we still had a lovely time.
