Located in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $469 per night is a great option for your next trip. Location, location, location! Enjoy this recently updated townhouse only a stone’s throw from the beach and a block away from downtown Wrightsville Beach. Great views of both the ocean and Intracoastal waterway with 3 decks, outdoor shower, and plenty of parking for the whole family. The main floor has a spacious kitchen, half bath and large living and dining room. The deck off the living area has plenty of seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a meal. The living room includes a new queen sleeper sofa + 55” flat screen TV. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. Front bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap after a long day in the sun. Rear bedroom has 2 Twin beds + a Queen bed. On the top floor, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom with a King bed, full bath, and its own private balcony with beautiful ocean and sound views. Each bedroom has new top of the line mattresses, ceiling fans, and mounted flat screen TVs. Walk to downtown Wrightsville Beach to explore local shops and restaurants (grocery, coffee shops, bars, art, donut shops, boutiques, ice cream, surf shops, etc.). While the unit is close to the bustling center of the beach, it's also quietly nestled away near the end of a private street, so you can enjoy your choice of action or peace and quiet. Book your stay today, and make lasting memories with friends and family! Parking instructions: Driveway parking for 3-4 depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $300 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how clean it was. We have stayed at many rentals and always had to have housekeeping come back to clean. The house location was steps from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The home was so nicely decorated and up to date. It was also well equipped with beach items like chairs, cooler, beach towels and umbrella. Check in and check out was so easy! Sea Scape Properties kept in touch with us throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. It was so nice to be that close to the ocean as well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the floor plan was great.

We chose to rent this town home for a week, first because of the pictures on the website and is walking distance to everything you need, Grocery, Restaurants and shops. It is a pet friendly rental which we brought our small dog. The place is very nicely decorated and it was perfect for our stay. I also liked that it had 2 bedrooms with king size beds and another bedroom for kids which was perfect for our group. Large TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. They supplied everything you need except food, including bicycles, chairs and cart. Another great thing it was a keyless entry porperty so you did not have to stop to pick up a key and paperwork. We received all our information through meail. Overall it is Great place stay.

Such a great home! Very spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were very good size, super duper close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plenty of towels, dishes, and full size washer and dryer. Good view of the ocean from the top balcony. Listing did say beach chairs and beach wagon included but they were not at the home. We didn’t really need them though. Will stay here again!

Loved working with Seascape properties. They provide excellent communication, are very responsive, and provide enough TP, paper towels, trash bags, handsoap, dish and dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap for your entire stay! The beach towels, towels and linens are all good quality. Had all the beach chairs, boccee ball set, cart, and cooler. Bikes were also a plus. So easy to travel and stay here. It’s a very short walk to the beach and to all the great places in Wrightsville Beach. This is a plus and a con as many day visitors park on this street, especially in weekends. The layout is wonderful with an entry way with cubbies for towels, shoes, and supplies. Multiple places to hang things. The outdoor shower could use some shelving for bath products. Main floor is great with kitchen, dining, family room, and table outside on deck. Would also be great to have a card table you can set up for puzzling- no good place for puzzles. 2nd floor has a nice big room with its own deck and bathroom. Laundry is on second floor and there’s even a laundry basket. Great room for kids w 3 beds and a bathroom. Master occupies the whole top floor with a large walk in closet and a fabulous deck with beach and sound views. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Surf and Turf in November 2020. The house was updated and had everything we needed. The kitchen is updated and equipped with most items you need for basic cooking (Cookie sheet, spatula, pans, etc.) The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and we really appreciated that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Off the garage is a mini landing area with a door to the back (grill, outdoor shower, storage). The kitchen level has a great covered deck right off the living room with a great table. The TH is steps to the beach and restaurants, Roberts and a little gift shop. The BEST location and it makes a big difference.

Awesome location close to everything! Only downsides is garbage disposal didn't work which wasn't a huge deal for us since most of our eating was out. There also was no kitchen towels which made drying dishes that were hand washed a hassle with paper towels. Great views and inviting comfortable home steps from the beach.

5 Day Stay
The townhouse is part of a four townhouse building. Two of which were vacant and the other privately owned. We were made uncomfortable while sitting on the patio by the neighbor property owners behavior. They were flashing the exterior lights on and off at 9:00 PM at night and during daylight hours they would stare out the window at us. The property has lovely balconies but there were palmetto cockroaches crawling all over and three were found in the house making us wondering if they treated the property. On the morning of check out private contractors arrived at 8:30 AM before our check out time that was scheduled for 10AM requesting to enter the property and start doing work.

Townhouse was fabulous. Three huge TV's and a fourth smaller one. Four bathrooms, bikes, chairs, a full complement of clean beach towels in great shape. Well equipped kitchen, new and functioning appliances, including a Keurig coffeemaker. Only criticism, no ironing board and the two irons were clogged with residue from the tap water. I bought a new, inexpensive iron to use at nearby Walmart. Very near the beach, near good restaurants, driveway parking for two cars. Hose outside for washing feet. responsive

Overall, this is a wonderful property. It’s a short walk to the beach and local shops/restaurants. The stackable washer/dryer needs to be replaced. The kitchen table/chairs needs to be replaced as well. It sags in the middle and the wood edges are not comfortable during meals and card games. Also, we had to step through water that puddles at the the bottom of the steps. The water doesn’t drain properly.

The rental was excellent. They thought of everything and it was ready to enjoy from the moment we stepped inside. It was clean and well-maintained and included all of the amenities and then some! The location was just steps from the beach and they had everything included for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed relaxing days at the beach, excellent cuisine at local restaurants, and a brisk walk to church. We did not have to worry about parking when there was enough do to locally. Good customer service as well. We will definitely go back and recommend it to friends and relatives.

Let me just start by saying that the location is great, only a block from the restaurants and bars. Very short walk to the beach and I mean you walk out of the driveway and pass 2 houses and your there. The house itself had a lot of room and plenty of bathrooms. The view from the 3rd floor deck is awesome, you can see the ocean the pier and the bay/inlet. The only thing I would like to see done is possibly a small island for the kitchen, just because there wasn't a ton of space for like groceries and stuff. But other than that the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms had a ton of space, the master on the 3rd floor had a huge walk-in closet. Which could be used as an extra bedroom with a blow up mattress. Also first place I've stayed at that had a working grill, that was nice. If your coming to Wrightsville this is the place to stay.
