About this house rental
Situated in Greenville Junction, this attractive house for $255 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Cozy home situated in the southern most cove of Moosehead Lake. Private access to the lake (130ft of direct lake frontage) and near by public beach. Walking distance to the town of Greenville, where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants and outdoor guide services. The home also has direct access to ATV trails from the road and the snowmobile trail runs across the cove near the home. Private dock and open area near shoreline for lake side lounging, gatherings and evening camp fires. The main section of the home features 2 large bedrooms both containing king size beds, one of which is a Sleep Number. The upstairs area contains a small bedroom with 2 twin beds and an open area with a queen and twin sized bed. A large deck is found on the lake side of the home, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and make use of the BBQ grill provided. ******We also rent out an additional property on VRBO on Moosehead Lake just 3 houses down from this property. We had driven in from Vermont for a surprise birthday party being held at the Loft. The house was as advertised. Great location on lake and easy drives to everything. Had fires for smores each night and enjoyed the lake-facing deck. Would stay again.

We love Moosehead lake and this was our first time staying so close to town. It was much quieter than I anticipated based on it's location which was a pleasant surprise. The house was well stocked and clean. It's pet friendly and Jack loved every moment of his vacation, especially the ducks on the dock! The views from the deck are amazing and the whole experience left us nice and relaxed. Lindsay is an incredible host and has mastered the art of being responsive yet unobstrusive. We are already looking at coming back again next year!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home on Moosehead Lake. Watching the fireworks on the dock on the Fourth of July was the best. The house was perfect for our family and have already booked for next year. Had such a wonderful stay.

We haven't had a vacation in years as a family. We booked this house based on location and the dock... it was the most relaxing week. Even though we had rain the first half of the week... the water was clear, the ducks that were right there... it's just beautiful. We rented a boat and explored the lake, went swimming in different coves, fished all over! It was hard to leave!

Thank you Ken and Lindsay for another amazing holiday. It had been a couple of years since we visited however it felt like we were coming home. The way you take care of your guests is amazing. Everything was available when we needed it and you also went above and beyond in checking in on us during our stay. We will definitely be returning and thank you again....

Group of guys for the weekend, spend the day time on a boat on the lake. The house was great for the time we were in it, with plenty of beds/ space for everyone.

This house was exactly what we were looking for & needed for a relaxing getaway / fishing trip. The house is so cozy & has plenty of room for everyone! The back deck is where we spent a great deal of time & absolutely loved the chairs down below. The dock allowed us to park our pontoon boat we brought and was great that we didn’t have to put it in & take it out multiple times during our stay!

The property was great. My entire family enjoyed our stay. Ken and Lindsay have a great place and were very accommodating. Great views of the lake and stars. The house was comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. It was our 1st trip to Maine and it was a memorable experience.

4 couples stayed comfortably. Quite setting. Easy to get to and close to local eateries. Enjoyed a walk on the snow covered frozen lake. Owners are very communicative.

Beautiful house with a great view of moose head lake. Perfect place for fishing and snowmobiling. Wild life can be spotted out the kitchen window! Comfy beds, very spacious. Close to town, gas, and groceries. Very reasonably priced for what you get! Would definitely recommend!

It was such a beautiful location. I wish it was summer time when I went but it was still beautiful. The host was also amazing, very quick to respond. Definitely will consider going in the summer.

The hosts make sure all information is included in the listing and welcome documents that minimal questions needed to be asked prior to booking and arrival. One of the first things we did was check out the lake view, dock, and fire pit area, which were the major factors when we picked the place and they did not disappoint. With more than fair pricing and the overall amenities (loved not having to bring our own sheets or towels!), we will most certainly be returning in the future!

Everything was as advertised---in fact, even better! Very clean, every thing we needed was there, the dock and fire pit were particularly inviting and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay, and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway. Even saw a moose!

Awesome lake house in a beautiful spot! The size was good for four adults. The weather turned cold and rainy but we had a relaxing time watching wildlife. Deer, ducks, and chipmunk.
