Great whole View of Mt Shasta right from your kitchen, dining area, Convenience of walking to the downtown, Excellent WiFi connection ( Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV etc),
The most equipped kitchen any home chef will love, nice king size bed, great host, Jessie with excellent communication!!! We had a fantastic 3 days over Thanksgiving. It was fun cooking in the kitchen.
I look forward to returning in the spring!!!

I had a wonderful stay here by myself for 6 nights while attending a retreat in Mount Shasta. The Loft@420 was clean, airy, quiet and tastefully decorated, with many extras provided, as others have mentioned. The views of Mt. Shasta and Black Butte were magnificent and I loved starting my days with a cup of coffee on the deck. Many shops and restaurants, as well as two grocery stores are located within walking distance. Nearby Sisson Meadows is perfect for a quick nature walk with mountain views. Jessie was communicative and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The place is nicer than we expected! A view of Mt Shasta, super clean and spacious, a gourmet kitchen with fancy appliances, short walking distance to stores and restaurants, and short drives to trails. It had so much storage space for the guest (a large, empty walk-in closet) that it would be a very nice place to stay for a longer stay, not to mention the monogrammed bathrobes! The only negative thing is that the train that comes near town blows its whistle. The locals are used to it but it would wake me up. I can’t fault the host for that.
The loft unit has its own parking, a private side entry with a tall stairway leading to the living room. The “extras” really made it a special place, and I highly recommend it.

The property is managed to enhance your stay. Communication was timely and personable. Small details were added to make you feel welcome and cared for. Snacks, coffee and fresh flowers on arrival. Books, puzzles, WiFi and YouTube TV for entertainment. It is a block off main street across from a grocery store, making dining in or out convenient. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and soft white robes available.

I can't say enough good things about this property. It is one of the best places I've ever stayed in! It was perfect for my husband and I--great communication with host, easy check-in, immaculately clean, beautiful modern features, wonderful open layout, exceptionally comfortable, quiet, excellent location (walkable to everything we needed in town like restaurants and a market on the corner that made great deli sandwiches for our hikes), and an amazing kitchen filled with every high end appliance you could ever dream of! As a coffee enthusiast, I was super excited to be able to make expresso drinks in the morning. Such a special treat and delicious coffee included, thank you!! Every detail was so well thought out to make our stay extra special. So appreciated! We always enjoyed coming back to the loft at the end of our day and sitting outside on the balcony to enjoy the incredible view of Mt Shasta. This place is awesome and we would absolutely love to stay there again in the future! Many thanks for everything! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was well-appointed - we loved using the espresso machine and the grill while looking out at the awesome view of Mt Shasta. It was a great place to work remotely for a few days and explore the town - highly recommend!

This is not a true rental property; it is so much more! The apartment has upgraded everything! The accents are fabulous- comfortable furnishings, clean throughout, fantastic kitchen with upgraded appliances. Check in and out was super easy. The view of the mountain was spectacular. We will for sure book again when we return. This is a special treat you will truly enjoy!

Peaceful mountain getaway
Fantastic property, views and location! My fiancé and I went here for our 5 day Spring break trip. I had previously lived in Mt Shasta and this location is at the center of town close to all shopping and restaurants but also far enough away to have peace and quiet.
The views of Mt Shasta and Black Butte were incredible and fun to wake up to every morning.
The cleanliness and amenities were on point! My fiancé was a barista previously so she made some great latte drinks using the provided expresso machine. The stove range was excellent and spice drawer was fully stocked. I even liked that the host provided snacks! It’s those little touches that count.
Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Luxury in the heart of Mt Shasta
Upscale, clean and well maintained property with all of the details accounted for. Host is attentive and responsive. Great selection of coffee makers (Delonghi espresso maker, Chemex pour over, French Press). High quality coffee beans, organic milk and half and half in the refrigerator rounded out the coffee experience. Beautiful terrace with incredible views of Mt Shasta. Pictures are an accurate representation of the property - not always the case with some rentals. Very pleased with our stay!

Much better than hotels . Nice bed, thoughtful beverages, the quality stuff though out the place, location locations location. It was such a pleasure to stay there.
