Nice apartment but let down by poor local management from Vacasa and misleading hype on website

Good facilities, well appointed and comfortable. Flattering photographs though.

Given wrong entry code and wasted two hours. No one on site could help. Promised on site restaurant, bar and cafe all closed down. No umbrellas for beach.

Good

The condo was very clean and nice. The balcony was very small yet the view was beautiful. The unit could really use a new couch the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on in my life The restaurant that was featured in the photos of the property was closed and they had a food truck on property. I was really looking forward to eating at that restaurant while looking at the Atlantic ocean at the very small beach that was part of the property. the pictures of the beach were very , miss guiding Upon our arrival, our TV did not work, and we had no help with it until the second day of us stay late in the afternoon we were only there for three days. The pool area was terrific. The price for the actual roam was very fair and reasonable, but yet all of the service charges were outrageous for the money they charge for the cleaning was very high for the amount that they charge to clean the place. I would’ve done it myself, which I did anyway All in all we had a wonderful time

Property forced inconveniences insured we will not return next year!

Location was convenient.

I was told there were no boat parking spaces and I was forced to find outside storage for my boat, while there were at least 7 spaces unfilled our entire stay. Those spaces should be managed locally rather than remotely!

Good

Secure, convinent location. Nice roomy bedrooms and baths with comfortable beds. Kitchen sufficient. Elevator and luggage cart helpful. Nice big pool.

long dark hair in shower drain, no instructions on how to operate washer, uncomfortable living room furniture, kitchen knives wouldn't cut butter, instructions on how to clear keypad on door would have been helpful, disappointed with tiny balcony with no view. Living room crowded with table and chairs crammed in.

Good property to base yourselves in

Property was in a secure location, close to the main highway. We'll equipped, with nice sea views from the property balcony. Very good sized swimming pool, with plentiful sunbeds. The complex also had a nice private beach.

Our only small gripe, was that both showers weren't very powerful.

very clean, close to pool, great location

it would have been nice if there was a designated smoking area at the pool. people were smoking all over the place, even in the pool so it was hard to escape the smell/smoke

Exceptional

Room was just as it views it the pictures. It was a good value for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and a furnished kitchen. It allows for you to do laundry with a washer and dryer, so no dirty clothes to pack (no laundry soaps provided). The kitchen allows you the option of dining in the condo. The pool was heated and very large with a snack/drink concessions conveniently located within steps.

The only set backs for this condo was the hida sofa was used and the mattress was very uncomfortable with the springs being felt through the very thin padding.

The pool is under construction and wasnt informed at all when the reservation was made. Everything else was very accomodating and in good conditions.
