Loved the delicious warm walnut chocolate chip cookie and indoor pool! I was very disappointed that the bathroom seat in the room was old and yellow.

Great hotel for a family too. The indoor pool allowed my family to relax in the heated pool on a cold day. Very accessible to many shops and grocery stores. They also provided a pack and play for a toddler.

Amazing service and room. Food was also great at the restaurant. The only complaint my husband i had was the bed was not that comfortable.

It says four star on Expedia but it’s no more than the three star hotel. The rooms are old and the flooring is all worn out hotel really needs to upgrade their rooms

This was a average hotel. There is a smell to it as people state. The parking is 38.00! So make sure to add that to your price. Its a little to pricey. The staff as great!! Pools are clean.

Honestly it was eh ok for a place to stay and shower but the issue for me was it was really pricey for lil to no comfort. The beds were hard as heck and i just really didn’t like that. To be a big name like the hilton i would expect more comfortable beds thats why i bought the room there. Other than that the check in and out was smooth even gave me a cookie LOL. Parking was convenient and easy for 36 dollars a day.

We love this hotel and it’s dog friendly! However this time we rented the suite and the couch bed was not made nor did it have linens. The security guy brought it up but we had to make the bed. Also many ping pong balls under the bed because the room had the perfect conference table…for beer pong.

Good customer service but food is terrible - it would help if staff advised at check-in to head to the second floor (stairs by reception) and exit out to Wood Ranch which has an excellent choice and service to meet all taste buds! Instead they offer the lounge which provides food that was hard to chew (over-cooked fish and dried out flatbread) and before you know it, you’re wasted £70 on a meal you can’t eat. Wood Ranch has a selection, quick service, great ambience and we went there most days in the end.

A delight as always. Only weird thing - we were on the sixth floor and somehow we had ants. The front desk guy was great about it, though - he refunded my parking charge, and said "No cookies for them {the ants}!" Lol I love it there and will stay again if and when I am in the area.

Hotel is in really good conditions, but they were short in staff, only one person in the bar-restaurant for 30 customers and keep in mine that you have to pay $36 dlls for parking each day, and wattle bottles in the room are $4.25. Other than that the hotel was good 7/10.

Three things went wrong. 1) an LED lightbulb was intermittent. Those things are supposed to last a decade. It took them a day to replace it. 2) There were ants in the rooms. 3) They charged me $8.50 for water I did not drink. This is by far the worst DoubleTree I have visited. On previous trips at this location, I have encountered the following: power outlets not working, the maid telling me I was scheduled to checkout the day before I was actually scheduled to checkout, water being charge to my bill when I didn't use the water bottles, unopened condoms being found in the bedstand drawer, maid service not being provided when I requested it (during the pandemic period where you had to request maid service daily), the clock not working because the betteries had corroded. The only reason I stay at this location is the convenient location. I hope to never stay here again.

First room smelled like cat urine and super smoky. Nasty carpet and view of parking lot. Used to stay here all the time- 4-5 times a year. When it was still w Doubletree - now a Hilton and it has gone way downhill. Peeling wallpaper, moldy bathroom ceiling, cups full of cigarette butts. Stay elsewhere.

Hotel charges for any and everything extra, even bottles of water. Hotel room itself also smelled of mold/mildew with black spots on the air vent. Gratis items only available to the elite in their minds, with the staff looking down their noses at paying guests. Only positive of the place is the location.

The staff at this property was exceptional. EVERYONE from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant were super friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was fine, we had no issues. However, the air freshener that circulates downstairs in the entrance and on the elevators smelted like fumes it wasn’t a pleasant smell and it was too overwhelming. Try changing your hotel air freshener. I think the parking was also too expensive.

The property smells like sewage in the lobby. I asked if I could upgrade my room to a one with a balcony because I wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The front desk agent was so helpful and put me in another room for an extra $20. I was so excited until I realized the balcony was sealed shut. Would have been nice to know before paying the extra money. The parking fee is ridiculous and no free WiFi. The rooms are outdated and just feel a little meh. The great thing about this property is the close proximity to the trolly station. Other than that, I can’t say much. Oh and the staff are really nice.

The hotel stinks. The room did too. Not very pleasant with the smells but lucky for us that we were gone most of the day and just return to the hotel to sleep.
