Checking in was fast and easy. The lobby and amenities were very exceptional. Even the smell walking in to the lobby was refreshing. We had a great stay.
I didn't like having to leave... next time will be a longer stay.

Nice clean spacious room with good facilites: outdoor & indoor pool, gym, bar, restaurant.
Area is not the nicest but very close to the Valley Fashion mall.

Friendly, good location to the hospital my nephew was at
I think the had me pay for the cookies. There was a 4 dollar charge on my bill. Could not get out of parking without help

Location was great
The staff was friendly, although I would have appreciated a bit more information and assistance during my stay. The room was somewhat smaller than expected for the price, and I was also disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. Overall, I feel there are a few areas where the experience could be improved.
