Everything is not what they seem to be and looks can be deceiving.

The want to be breakfast was horrible. They had non-branded mini muffins that was horrible. No milk, water or juice. All they had was stale mini muffins and hot chocolate. They location was ok but the property was not to my liking.

The check-in lounge was not clean and it had a smell. I asked if they mopped the floors and the girl said they mopped them every morning. I told her that they needed to mop it throughout the day because it was dirty and it just smells in there. I usually don’t stay at places like this , but it had good reviews and it looked really nice online. I will never stay here again.

Location was central

Hotel tells you they have breakfast…. It’s granola bar and instant oatmeal- no milk no juice. You have a “kitchenette”. No cups, no dishes, no utensils, no pans. NOTHING! Not even a blow dryer. So unless you are traveling with your own kitchen, it’s worthless. Office kept changing the code to our room so we made frequent trips to have our key “fixed”.

Overall I am satisfied with the experience.

Quietly, beds are comfortably, room is clean, no carpeted floor which is way better . Nice it has a kitchenette , a table and chairs, a frig and a microwave.

A bathroom remodeling is overdue, I would not add pictures or bad reviews as I know how the staffing situation is being for the last 2 years or so, besides this is not a 5 stars hotel.it’s good enough to spend a couple of days.

Peace and quiet

Located across from surgery center, a short distance, was perfect for us.

We know now to bring more food with us . Other than that, no worries, nice stay ! Thanks !

When I arrive at check ✔️ in the lady said she would cancel the reservation for the only room and gave me nothing her reason was she was uncomfortable I said you had already charged my Visa she said she had not I got charged 152.00usd and sleeping in my truck with the dog 🐕

Nothing.

We stayed for only one night and it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Not worth it, the area was bad and the staff not prepared. We booked two rooms together and they separated us. The rooms were so sketchy and not clean at all. The bathroom sink was clogged and the furniture was in bad shape. When we closed the door and tried to get out we were stuck inside. I don't recommend you stay here not even for a night the whole area/hotel was very sketchy and I didn't feel safe at all. Oh and also there were HUGE spiders in one of the rooms and dog poop outside, it was very dirty overall.

It was only okay to stay here because it was the last place available.

It was conveniently located to Mission/Fashion Valley

Towels in room were not clean and a bag of trash from the cleaning crew sat outside my door from Check-in to just before Check-out.
