A little spooky on your own. Could be cleaner.

Easy check-in process, I just let myself in. Bedroom was generally comfortable and spacious, although watch out for the low roof ceiling. Once I was locked up in my room felt comfortable and safe.

Never got to meet anyone (host or staff) in person. Was unaware if anyone else was staying in the property. It's quite a dark and tight property with wood panelled walls, so a little spooky for a solo guest. No instructions or directions for things like locking the building, use of the kitchen. Bedroom had 2 small roof windows with curtains permemantly pulled. Some of the lights in the building didn't work. Bathroom was tight and a bit dirty, the floor was wet the whole time even though I hadn't used the shower. I think if I had met someone to show me around I would have felt more comfortable. Instead I let myself into a dark 3 story house that I was in alone. In the middle of the night/early morning I heard other people enter the property beneath me. I think they were guests but who knows..

Good location, Rock Tombs were 2' away and city center 8' by walk. It has air conditioner.

Checking process was non-existent. Didn't get a message with instructions, our room wasn't clean at all, Kitchen cabinet were full of stuff, mold in walls, bathroom's ceiling had a whole... well not s very pleasant stay and I recommend to the owners to add a touch of love on what they do, because 40€ it's too much for this place.

It was a little difficult to find as there was no sign posted out front, but no other negatives.

Good

The room was a great size and the property location was okay. Right next to the tombs which is good.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, mould and hairs in the sink when we arrived. The bin where you have to put toilet paper wasn’t emptied at all. We planned on cooking and using the kitchen but it was too dirty and we didn’t want to use it unfortunately.

Superb

We had to check-in late and it was not a problem for the host as we told him in the morning. The bed was very confortable! Perfect for goinf on the lycian way in the morning : the start is few meters away from the house.

We only stayed for the night but the room must be very hot during the day as it is right under the roof. Still, nice budget option in Fethiye.

There are cats inside the house, a big no for people with allergy The water in the shower/bathroom stays on the floor Weak water pressure because of old tap and shower head There is no sound isolation, you can hear what the people is talking about in the room above yours

We've had a very pleasant stay in Elite rooms, so I can definitely recommend. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The accomondation is situated near the historical tombs and close to the beautiful and vibrant city streets full of life. The rooms were very cozy and clean.

Amazing stay

Amazing location near Tombs, on the hills. Quite place with fresh air! Very friendly staff and nice landlord. Everything are in good condition, even no cigarettes smell in apartment, as not in all Turkey. Also nice cats. Price was so cheap, almost free. Best value/money, definitely recommended for open minded people, who do not need stars hotels.

Very quiet location, but not far from restaurants, shops and everything. Friendly owner ready to help with everything.

First, to clarify: this is not a hotel or apartments, this is a hostel-like accomodation in an old house (for a hostel price, though). The private bathroom is in fact outside of the room and has no heating. Kitchen and dining area are shared. You can hear every step your neighbours take and every word they say. Overall it's not a very clean place: my bedsheets had hairs. Please note that double room is on the base floor with lack of daylight.

Nothing really, although the rugs in room were a bit dirty.

The friendliness of the host, who was a great guy. The room was ample. Good wifi, nice quiet location just near the Lycian tombs. Very good price.

The place has an exquisite and very warm atmosphere. It feels like home almost immediately! Also it is very quite and inspiration-provoking. I will definitely return here again because I fell in love with the place.

Probably the best place to stay in Fethiye

Location is great: central bus station and dolmush stop are near (15 min walking), Lycian tombs are on the nearby street. At the same time the place is quite. Rooms decorated with a good taste, very cosy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Hosts are very kind (and speak good English). Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Fethiye

The location is amazing - 10-15 min walk to the city center, beautiful historical tombs and small cafe with a local coffee brew round the corner. The place itself is neat, with a comfy bed, kitchen facilities and a nice terrace to have your breakfast at. The building itself is worth to see, and if you stay for a while, you will eventually feel like a local. You’ll never feel lonely here, even if you are a solo traveler. The host and neighbors are very friendly and helpful, there are cats running around and always ready for you to pet them.

Nice and clean, well located

The owner was kind and helpful, room was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and location was also good (walking distance from the city center). Bathroom was also very clean and there is hot water. I definitely recommend this place :)
