Fixed airconditioning for goodnigth sleep,good stay

More like a concentration camp

The bed was comfortable

I use Booking.com a lot and never complain however this is an exception I feel I must warn any potential users....... The steps were too steep it was like climbing a mountain, and was offered no help at all by the owner who was only interested in wanting more money. I thought that we rented a full house but on arrival we had to pay extra money for our children and had only 2 breakfast between 4 people and the food served was definitely sub standard, the advert state what the house contains there was no stove, no pots or pans to cook with, no microwave in fact nothing to cook with, however all this is stated in the advert, no plates or cutlery, no blinds or curtains to the windows my 18 year old daughter was scared to change and scared to sleep due to no curtains or blinds in case somebody looked from properties across or even come up to the property through the night, in our bedroom there was no blinds or curtains so every morning we were woke as soon as the sun rose, we felt that we had no vacation we could not sleep due to this problem, the WIFI was none existent, the bedding and towels were never changed in the whole 2 weeks. and to make things even worse the water to the house was turned off every night by the owner or caretaker around 11pm at one point it was turned off while my wife was brushing her teeth, I complained and asked for a refund however I was told at no point will there be any refund. Overall our stay was nothing short of terrible. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. The stay at this house was 41k Pesos and at times I could cry because of the situation we were in I could not afford to walk away and find alternative accommodation. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS, STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY STAY, AWAY STAY, AWAY STAY AWAY.

excellent value for money for the facilities and services rendered.

it is very spacious, super clean and the host Ate Leonor is just perfect. we arrived at night and left early in the morning. We surmised that had we stayed during daylight, we would have appreciated more the view deck which we thought would be a perfect spot for viewing Mayon. Ate Leonor also prepared us a packed breakfast which we truly appreciate. For a transient place, this is great place to rest the night!!

Exceptional

Wonderul view of Mayon Volcano from bedroom window. Clean spacious house that is really a value for the money or we wven got more than we paid for and most of all the very welcoming atmosphere with a very hospitable host.
