The place is very clean,
specially the shower room and toilet.
The kitchen facilities and cookware utilities are good.
WiFi is fast.
Couch is cozy to sit while watching TV.
Bed is comfortable .
There's a microwave but was placed on a high place which unfortunately isn't convenient for me as I'm a small person so I couldn't reach it.
The place is not good for people with mobility issues. There are flight of stairs to get to the place and another set of stairs to go up to the bedroom.
They provided only 1 pillow and a thick blanket.
Personally, I love another pillow or 2 around and not thick blanket.

It is a very cozy place with lots of style. Much nicer than most of the Philippino accommodation.
It was too nice to stay only for one day and I extended. Unfortunately it was fully booked afterwards. Otherwise I would have stayed even longer. The apartment is on the top floor while the owners live below.
I enjoyed the interior of the apartment. It is comfortable and special. It was nice to have a washing machine and good lighting. The plugs were good as well and the owners were friendly and helpful.
I loved the terrace, a great place to sit at night , surrounded by trees.
The bed was good and the location was interesting. It is just a 5 minutes walk away from a mall ,yet it is a bit removed from the noise of the city and the trees , the grass field and the stream next to the house provided a feeling of being away from the city.
It was one of the nicest places that I found in the Philippines.
A tricycle to Bagasbas beach costs around 70 pesos .
