Our stay was wonderful for a family of 9 from the range of toddlers to adults.

The cabin had plenty of towels for a 5-day stay for 9 people. The hot tub was amazing and used every day along with the pool table. We used the outdoor grill to grill some t-bones and we found outdoor furniture in the 2nd floor closet which came in handy.

There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Also, the address on the GPS led us somewhere else but eventually, we found the cabin.

Space, game room, bathrooms. Overall loved the cabin.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Definitely could use new mattress upgrades. Pool was freezing and kind of small to accommodate entire resort.

Disappointing and dirty poor representation of cabins in Gatlinburg.

Had 3 bedrooms and the game room.

Upon arrival, we noticed the cabin was full of cobwebs inside and out. After that there seem to be a list of problems with this cabin. 1. Refrigerator was not cooling properly. Took four hours for our items to cool. Refrigerator was also located in an awkward place hard to open the freezer door and put items in because it was so close to the wall. Also found leftover food from previous renter. 2. Dishwasher was leaking water every time we tried to use it. 3. Cabin only provided one days worth of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Ran out the first day. 4. There was no dish soap or hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. 5. Washer and dryer was very old. Knobs were sticking out and broken. The biggest problem we had with the dryer was that the lint trap was broken and causing all the alarms to go off several times at 1:30am. Needed be repaired and cleaned since this obviously was a fire hazard. 6. Bathroom fans did not work at all 7. Dish sponge was very old dirty and moldy 8. Vacuum did not work properly. 9. Microwave buttons did not work. 10. No linens were provided for the pull out 11. Not enough towels- could not even wash the ones we had properly since dryer broken. 12. Game room couches were filthy stained and smelled. 13. Remotes did not work properly for most of TVs. 14. Floors were really dirty grout greasy in some areas needs professionally steamed. 15. No clear instructions on where trash compactor was located had to contact maintenance. 16. Lots of pests inside and out of cabin, desperately needs pest control/exterminators. Overall, this cabin was a poor representation of what somebody would want to rent on vacation. It was very filthy. Nothing worked properly and soured the entire vacation. I would not recommend this to anyone let alone a family trying to get away and enjoy each other’s company as half of our time was spent cleaning.

Wasn’t terrible, but won’t stay or reccomend again.

We enjoyed the room the cabin offered. The game room was pretty nice. we couldn’t enjoy the projector the tv kept going in and out.

It was absolutely gross! Hair all over the bathrooms, in the showers, the floor, even the little bottle of soap they have had hair stuck in the twist top. Tv in the room closet to the downstairs deck, didn’t work. no remote for it, tried streaming off of my phone and it would just go to black and blue screens. We contacted the number they gave us, the lady processed to tell us she no longer dealt with that property and gave us another number, never called us back. No toilet paper in cabin but a few used rolls.

The cabin was beautiful. There was alot more room than we even expected. The location is perfect! And the ability to bring our yorkies was the cherry on top! We will definitely stay here again! (Also, we saw bears right outside our cabin in the mornings. It was amazing!)

Well needed week vacation

The views were great. A very nice cabin, my wife l, inlaws and niece had a great time. The cabin was perfectly stocked to get you started for the week. Watch out for the bears they are all over up there. All the bedrooms where spacious.

The swing on the porch needs some attention, there is a link that is stretched out. The kitchen had a bunch of lights out. Just minor things.

The game room was so much fun we played pool every time we were inside, by far the best part of being in Gatlinburg was the cabin.

It was a nice place to stay but for the price, I didn’t think I would have some many complaints.

The cabin was nice and quiet, we even had a bear to visit. It was clean, and very roomy. The games room was a plus!! The store was not to far, and very close to downtown.

The hot tub was not so clean, the back porch boards on one level was alittle rough, the swing on the back porch wood where you sat was cracked ( scared it would break), the pool was to far from the cabin to walk, and the pool was nasty(looked for a net to clean), the roadway was very skinny for larger trucks to get through while other cars were passing, the table leg was broke, the ceiling fan was so loud wobbling, and couldn’t leave on.

wonderful experience for all of us.

location gorgeous ! had everything we needed. loved it very much and would come again.

we stayed in 807. it is really in need of new bed pillows. and some did not have pillow cases. we also found that the kitchen floor was in need of a better washing.

Very good

The cabin and resort area are beautiful. The kids loved the playroom. There's a lot to do close by and we would definitely return. We were glad that the cabin had 4 bathrooms as well.

Minor stuff like the dumpsters are not conveniently located and weren't easy to find. They want us to make sure not to leave any trash but it was more difficult than anticipated. We didn't have enough towels and when I reached out to management there was no follow through. It was easier to just go buy some. Some of the towels were stained as well.. The cleaning is not as thorough since we had cobwebs on the bathroom ceilings and little issues such as broken drawers on the stove and refrigerator. Also, the sofa beds were not comfortable at all.

All good but some things were broken and not fixed

The property is in a beautiful place but they have to give it more cleaning since on the balconies there are spider webs and without cleaning.

The beds are not cozy, they should change the matress, give an upgrade to the bathtubs since they are with a bit of mold, They should have more kitchen utensils, since my stay wanted to make more meals in the house. And clean the areas more.
